I’ll never be able to afford a $150 wallet, and I wish I could, but these videos get me as close as I can get to owning one! :) They’re really satisfying and sometimes I thibk I can smell the leather through my phone😂😂 Good job man.
Never inhibit your urge to possess some thing you like, beleive me round the corner of your life you will repnt for missing all the good things you liked. Man go ahead and buy it 👍👍
Hell yeah! Go and learn! I got into and now im stuck in this eternal soul trap of a hobby.. First it started with some scraps of leather to mess around with and make bracelets or key fobs. Seems innocent enough but little did i know these "harmless" scraps were actually a gateway drug into this downward spiral into becoming a full blown leather-holic... After that first-time of buying a bag of scraps i needed more to sustain my addiction as it grew exponentially. Michaels, Jo-Ann's even Hobby Lobby couldn't calm my cravings. I had to go to big name players in the leather game. Next was Tandy Leather, Weaver Leather and Springfield Leather Company. All 3 satisfied my urge for the commonly used leathers; veg-tanned, chrome-tanned and oil-tanned. But i knew i had hit ROCK BOTTOM when i purchased for the first time.... a whole side of leather. Yes, half of a freaking cow was my next dose needed to chase the ever alluding rush of smelling fresh leather for the first-time 😤 Now, i spend most of my days in recovery, my therapist says to remember to work through my inventory of leather if i ever want to get through this issue. Easy for her to say when my bed alone consists of 8 layers of exotic leathers ranging from eel to sting ray. Or having to climb mountains of Alligator skins just to find a shirt in my closet... Well if there's one good thing that came out of all this is I now have the innate ability to judge a cow's leather from the way it grazes out in the field! Who would've known?! Definitely try out leathercrafting besides for the roller-coaster ride of buying leather...and yes i truly believe it's an undisclosed addiction... Is that it could be a fulfilling hobby or side hustle to make some extra cash. You can literally make anything that you can imagine out of leather! And i mean ANYTHING. Hell, I'm still learning new things everyday. Have fun!
I was going to buy a wallet for my dad because he is a electrician so his wallets take a beating and I saw this and was like yes yes yes this is perfect. Good quality, good appearance, and strong, then I saw the price and straight up cried because they are so much. Not complaining because they look awsome just sad that I don't make enough money to buy my dad nice things. Amazing work and love the videos!
You can get wallets of way better quality than this for a quarter of the price. Businesses like this overcharge and no one can complain because it looks like they're 'picking on small businesses'. Your father sounds like a hard worker. Give him something lasting and useful, not overpriced junk like this.
@@MorrisonMade Holy bluegrass, Batman! Just looked up your site and you're in Kentucky? My family is from there. Most of them still live in southeastern KY. I gotta save up some money and get one of those wallets. Tired of the cheap ones from Ross.
Question: When you have finished sewing in multiple parts of the wallet, you pull the wallet away from the machine, which as a result, pulls out more of the cord. Doesn't this end up being a waste/expensive? Wonderful work as always though. Keep up the great work🙂
This is cool! When Most of us lose or damage our wallets we go to mall or Harley Davidson store and buy a new one. This guy loses his wallet he goes to his shop and makes a new one!
Great job and good luck to your business !! My name is Shlomi and I am from Israel, I saw you use Manual extruder to cut the leather, I would be happy if you could give a link to the company you work with to For a quote, for the molds Cutting. Personally I make leather crafting and also miniatures saddle.
I’m definitely buying a bifold after watching this knowing my money is going towards someone putting in some hard work and amazing craftsmanship.

I just love seeing you make this stuff. Your hands were definitely made for this. Awesome!
While leather wallets may be more bulky and then like a metal wallet you somehow make leather wallets more visually appealing and less bulky.
Well thank you!

I wanted a wallet like this from such a long time but couldn't explain the shop owners what I'm talking about
You couldn’t show them a picture? 🤣
For me it is always that little doohickey tool that gets pushed around the edges to make it curved is the most satisfying part.
