About capabilities, Apple has super proprietary in you eco system, this gettin more time to develop de capabilities in your system
I think PWAs are bether than native on security, because de aplication does not Interact derectly with OS, normaly you need to requeste the permitio. Of use, is more complicated to usa malisious code into app.
