      Haha, we did request for extra sweet sauce, but you can request for lesser sweet sauce. The 13 gallons of sweet sauce is an indication of how much he usually goes through and his CKT is already on the darker side. Thank you for watching and commenting! 😁

      This stall is one of my favourite CKT that has been standing strong for 40yrs. You can try it if you are around AMK. They’re many other CKT stalls, perhaps one will suit your palate. Thank you for watching.

    💥Not True he cooks each order separately and all in 32 seconds💥He Pre-Fries a big pan of noodles in one go... then portions out for each order by adding the condiments👎

      Thanks for the comment! Most of the famous CKT does it similar to him. They pre-season the kway teow mee first in a large batch, after that, they prepare each serving of CKT according to the customer’s request. I personally consider this to be individually cooked CKT. If they were to prepare each plate starting from scratch, I think the queue maybe 3-5 times longer, resulting in an insanely long wait during peak hours.
      On the other hand there are stalls that prepare up to a dozen servings all at one time in the same wok, then portion out for their customers. No right, no wrong, it’s just different style that our hawker adopts. Happy hunting for your perfect CKT and thanks for watching!
