Catching GIANT Bass On A BIG $500 Trout Swimbait!

- Fishing big swimbaits can be a major grind but some days, you have things dialed and being able to catch two big bass in one day is a blessing. Fishing a Hinkle trout swimbait is one of my favorite ways to catch them when they setup correctly on certain cover and structure.

I've never caught a 9lber. Buying my $500 lure now.
😂
Better get into the occult by fishing without license.
Expensive baits have nothing to do with catching lunkers. It’s being in the right place at the right time. Skill is also another factor when it comes to catching fish. I’ve caught plenty of trophies on cheap ass baits sometimes luck is heavily involved as well.

@@Daiwa_Is_King Nothing beats a big swimbait or rat bite nothing
You're asking for a heartbreak flipping those! Not only losing your fish, but your Hinkle. I lost my Hinkle Shad and literally cried!
Haha always playing a dangerous game it seems like
Wow I didn’t know they made $500 dollar worms now. Crazy times
Worm king
Inflation is crazy man😂
Only the finest worms are used in my boat sir
Those boat flips are gangster! Good stuff Geoff! 🤙🏼
Thanks for watching my guy 🤟
Bro where do I start.
First I didn’t see any livescope just intuition.
Then No net boat flipping 7 & 9’s. Mad props. And the no f**ks given to possibly loosing a $500 bait, impressive. This is a great video in the new era of bass fishing.
Can you remind me of the knot used?
San Diego jam knot is the tits I toss all my swims on the SD jam
I run a double uni, thanks for watching!
I will & have been. End of last year I had an exceptional string of big ones, bunch of 4&5's, multiple 6 & 7's, an 8.05 - 8.6 - 9.3 & my current PB an 11.4 Then I lost 2 monsters i got a good look at in 8-10 lb range. Sense then I've been getting my ass kicked hard, really hard! It's all good, it will turn back around & make it all worth it. The grind is part of the journey & we can't always have good days catching big girls. We wouldn't know how to appreciate the good days without the bad ones to compare them to. Even a bad day of fishing is still a good day on the water in the kayak for me. Good luck on the water!!!
Dope as always the mighty Mos Geoff!!
Great channel and great catches man, those are some straight tanks.
Nice way to start the spring
All the best to you for taking some care with bass of that size... it's a delight to see fishermen who care about the resource that much... Kudos to you and I hope you get two double digits down the road soon because of your high standards.
Thanks for watching 🤙
Awesome Geoff, not afraid to boat flip a 9 #’er with that Low Down Customs rod!!. Great day fishing bro!!
Momentum is so key there haha thanks for watching 🤟

Thanks for watching 🤟
G-Super day on the water. Thanks for sharing it
Get a fish grip man, don't say you're hurting them hanging like that but its safer with one.
Awesome session and great great fish :D
Love it!
Every time you boat flip one my stomach sinks. Great catches on incredible fish.
😂 Thanks for watching homie 🙏
Nice fishing Geoffrey!! You're one of the few glide/swimbait fishermen that got me into this style of fishing. You have a ton of information, give a deep insight of the on the fishing community and gear and tackle to run with. Why so expensive?? Hahahah. Keep on pushing amazing content.
Thanks for watching the videos my man! Appreciate it!
LETS GO GEOFF!!! I think this is gonna be a great year for you. I’m thinking you stick an 11+.
Always chasing those big girls! Thanks for watching🙏
Great job my friend. What a day!!! Not one but two tanks...had to be the net! LOL 😆

Great job, happy for you. I've caught two Virginia Citation Bass this month by fishing just before moon rise during the day. Come on back East again Geoffrey.
Yup, that moonrise gets them going!
So sick dude!!! Cool, calm and collective 😎
Thanks for watching homie 🤟
Those boat flips send my anxiety threwwww the roof!!
Haha Thanks for watching🙏😂
@@crazybassfisher always brother. Look forward to seeing your vid drops
I’m from Montana but have spent a lot of time on the lakes you fish. I have also fished all the ponds in that area. So I love it when I see you on the lakes I am familiar with. My best down there was 10.9. Saw it chase my swimbait and I followed up with a 5 inch senko. Caught a 7.4 in the no motor area not far from the bridge on another lake.
Thanks for watching! These lakes are special for sure
That’s part of the reason I don’t advertise their locations. Going to be heading that way in about 2 weeks.
I sold my boat about 1.5 years ago and Saguaro Lake had one of the best views! I miss my boat, still hunting for one, I know it will come.
Thanks for watching my guy 🤟
That was sick thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching 🤟
So badass bro! Nothing better than flipping a big mama like that over the rail and seeing her slap the deck🤙🏻👏🏻
I normally don’t like doing it but had no other choice 😂
Great video, this just pumped me up to get through the day, thank you!! Also I am nervous as hell tossing out a $150 bait, don’t know if I could stomach throwing out a Hinkle trout
Haha rightfully so, I’m always thankful after each day I don’t lose one
holy shit dude! two giants, boat flipped
Thanks for watching 🤙
Great video. Congratulations, and thanks.
Thanks for watching🙏
I had the same exact day yesterday 8.61~ 6.18
One came off of a 3/8oz spinnerbait, and the other came off of a 8 inch smash tech line through gizzard shad
Bro, the net should be in the boat before the rods!! LMAO! Great job at landing those beast! What a Crazybassfisher.
Haha Thanks for watching🤟
Boat Flips….Well…Ya do whatcha gotta do Right?? Experience and Confidence is a powerful Combo. Hero or Zero.❤
awesome video, I thought I was the only one that forgot important tackle...!
Couldn’t believe it when I got to the ramp, I knew something would happen 😂😂
Awesome catches! Boat flipping all day 100%!
Thanks for watching 🙏
Hell yeah dude!!
I can’t believe you flipped a 9 pounder! It was cool to see how you had the boat positioned where you could cast right down the edge of that dock on the second fish.
Wasn’t the first time I’ve done that 😂 Thanks for watching 🙏
Love watching your videos, man. I was laughed at by some folks at Saguaro for throwing around my K9 but I know I will get one on it there.
They always laugh until you stick a fish right in front of them haha
Awesome my guy !
Thanks for watching 🤙
🔥🔥🔥 video! Still looking for my first on the hinkle
Thanks for watching, keep fishing it and you’ll get that bite on it!
Great work !
Thanks for watching🙏
This man is a beast⚡️
Thanks for watching 👍
You are that dude. I'd pay to see some sort of "glide elite classic" with Jeff, Oliver, Milliken,...
No lures under 7 inches.
1st for heaviest fish.
2nd is most fish over 3 lbs.
Ya buddy! You sure your scale is accurate… the second bass looked closer to 11lbs! Good to see a new video. Been awhile 🎣
Haha she was just really short, 2” longer and she would have been there!
Sick videos dude. was wondering if you can do a walk around of your boat. id like to build something like that
You are crazy! Nice job!!!
Thanks for watching😂🤟
Good work!!
Thanks for watching 👍
Badazz congrats bro 🤜🤛
Thanks for watching👍
wow no scope too, just subbed!
Haha thanks for the sub! Appreciate it!
Awesome catch's, both really nice! I've been getting my ass kicked so far this year but It will will turn around. Just gotta keep getting on water & fishing!
Keeping grinding it will turn in your favor!
That's a bold move going with the boat flip, whatever it takes to land the fish.
Just gotta trust the gear in those moments

Love your videos and got hooked on swimbaits! Got the Drt Klash9, Deps swimmer, Megabass Slide 262 and cant wait to try them out this year.
Have you tried any baits from Sweden? Like Svartzonker McRubber Flash Series for example
Regards Tackle Crew Sweden
SO SICK MAN

NIIIICCCCCEEEEE work bro keep it up 💪💪💪😎😎😎
Thanks for watching my dude 🙏
Those were some lunks !! My PB is 7LB 14oz. People that don't scale their fish. And don;t know what a DD looks like. Will never understand. I pray you NEVER lose the lure My G. I would dive down and get it
I lost that lure unfortunately haha thanks for watching 🙏
can you do an updated swimsuit reel video. I really liked the one you did a couple years ago but now there are so many options to choose from
great Job bruh! Take that Biwa-Ko!!
That’s an average night on Biwa right now unfortunately 😂
i imagine it is! still though. hearty fish!
@@crazybassfisher
Looks like Saguaro is back!
That lake is really good right now!
which dobyns fury rod would you recommend to throw the trick shad would it be the 806 or 795?
Picked up a mega bass leviathan rod for big swim baits this year alittle nervous going straight flouro tho because I’m up in Canada with a bunch of musky and pike. Usually I use 80 lbs braid to 80 pound leader for my pike musky setup what would you recommend for bass? Also taking any suggestions for lures for the new rod! Been looking at the tiny klash
You’re a bold man for lipping a thrashing largie with a huge treble still in 😂😂 same tho
No more nets in 2024🤙🏽
😂 Thanks for watching
Awesome fish. I know you do your part in taking care of them once their caught. I weigh my fish in a net so all the weight isn’t on their
Lips or gill plate.
He needs a lip grip, I never liked going in the Gill with the brecknell. They don't all play dead and make weighing easy.
I don’t weigh fish like this anymore, this is from 2 years ago
Sick dude
Thanks for watching dude 🙏
I might have tackled the first one bouncing around on the deck like that ; )
Haha thought about it
Nice one bro
Thanks for watching 🤟
Thanks for another Amazing Video! Man that's gotta be such a Rush. Sorry little of topic. But which would you go with. The Curado 200 or the Tranx 200. For 4 once an smaller baits. Thanks Again!!
Either one is great, I think most guys like the curado more
Good job bro and always wet that line
Thanks for watching 🙏
And Ben said, "you couldn't catch fish" LOL
Thanks for watching 👍
Nice video bro what combo is this setup you have here getting them toads on
LDC XXH Z2020 and 25lb flouro
Wow 2 monsters bud. Have you ever tried a European lure called Mirus Mouse. They absolutely slay monster pike across europe i just wonder how large mouth bass would respond to them.
Sweet Brother!!! Cheers!! :))
Thanks for watching Gary!

Wow!!
Thanks for watching 🤙
Big Bait Posse style!
Thanks for watching Paul!
Great catch Geoffery. Your lakes out west look so different than our lakes here in Alabama. If you had to guess, what would be the size of the biggest bass living in your lake? 7 and 9 pounders are getting pretty rare here. A five pounder here is giant. Thanks.
There’s probably a couple in that 16-18 range in that lake
@@crazybassfisher keep digging. Get one of those big ones.
Nice!!!!!
Thanks for watching🙏
2 STUDS" IMHO!
Thats why you the kang 'round here!
Damn Man! How long did it take you to figure out those giants and learn there patterns??
Took years of patterning them and dialing in the exact specific times and conditions when they would roll up on these spots
I know! I caught my first monster at 13 and have been hooked to figuring them out ever since..good luck in Japan
im patiently waiting for the the ice to thaw out so i can get to grinding.
Thanks for watching🤟
Dope

Caught a giant yesterday on the G flag 150 in AZ
