Star Guardian Jinx W zap and R Rocket would teleport across the screen, Seraphine W would make all VFX teleport like rollback, my Blitz hook was kind of a 50/50 if it'd hit because everything would stall and teleport.
His game isn't lagging it's his frame rate he needs to cap it, I had to deal with my game stuttering then once I put a limit on it my game ran smoothly

The lag was probably caused by the soul fighter animations. It caused a memory leak for many players.
