The coaching advice that Seif (the blue guy) received was very annoying and patronizing (they were telling him (very disrespectfully) to stand up when he was completely gassed out ). I hope he changes team and focuses on technique cause you can't solely rely on strength when you get swept, you have to create distance and move to avoid your opponent from securing the position.

I agree that was a terrible coaching. He even told him to go forward on Lepri's sit-up that's hilarious. Congrats to Seif : that's already a big achievement to fight Lepri.

Many guys in commentary talk about the seif performance but they do not realize what it is to fight Lucas lepri. No one knows you and you have never done anything, but he is fighting legends in the final black belt phases of the europeo. Keep on practicing and maybe one day you will be able to compete at this level.
