Hello Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people. While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there. I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes but don't you just hate it when people can't let go of your past mistakes. I saw your profile and it intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about who you are and what type of path you would like on in life. Can we talk?
Ya big has that advantage but Mike has plenty of them as well. Flexibility, speed, cardio, and can utilize space that is so much smaller than anything big is used to. Yes the weight is an obvious advantage but there's some in the other direction as well. You also have the fact that if big wins then it's "well ya look at the size" and if he doesn't then it's "we'll big just suck". Same as fighting a girl, it's lose lose.
Can someone explain why are these different weight-classes competing in the same ring? What category or weight-class is this? Is this sparring or an actual match?
Last year Naga expert open my first match at 167 was a 270lb 6 5 roided up to shit guy. I shot a low single and got crushed/he ripped me up/took my back and tried to finish via rnc. He spent the next 3 minutes gasping for air (as did I lol - had 2 before that) and I couldn’t get him down - but he had like 5 pts knocked off for running (I was snapping the head down - pushing him - nothing). I was pissed - but I understand the difficulty of this sort of size descrepancy. Mikey is a beast!

@@darrenstettner5381 If you drop-in at enough JJ schools, you'll find that there are people who earn upper belts through accrued mat hours alone -- which is supposed to translate into a developed skillset, but not always as you can see. My guess is that this guy likely kept showing up for a long time, and his instructor felt compelled (for whatever reason) to promote him all the way to black belt. There might be an alternative explanation such as the one you suggested above, but it's even more unlikely.
@@darrenstettner5381 Maybe he gained weight after he got the black belt? Maybe he’s had the black belt for 5 years and gained 50-100 lbs since. But most likely, mat hours.
@@simonb8988 those seem to be the best two theories proposed so far.
Welp.
Counterintuitive strategy, to say the least.
May as well have motor boated'em.
You know, spice it up a bit.
DAMN! Big Mac versus a single french fry.
Can someone explain why Houmine was penalized?
All things considered it is incumbent on Houmine to pass and advance position in some way. For Musumeci to positively control Houmine, retain guard and at least attempt a couple sweeps is showing activity and drive to advance. Houmine not only couldn’t pass, but didn’t really try.
@@Stfugb2s Exactly! And at the end he got another one for talk to the referee (I guess he criticize him).
Because of his moobs
@@ryanenglish8047 One for each tiddy. Should have been wearing a sports bra, that shit was obscene.
The Hamburglar vs mikey musumeci.
My Idol.Mikey is really the beast in BJJ
Can someone explain to me how Mikey won pls, Id love to learn about it
I could be wrong, but I think the big dude got called for stalling so they penalized him a point.
Well done Mikey. Youre awesome
Hello
Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity.
I think you are high on some strong drugs.
@@fightermma Yeah I like Italian and Mexican, Korean is good too. You’re paying
No Arguments Please,
Don't be so pathetic lol
I clicked. I feel like I’ve been had.
So if you try a choke from inside the guard you don't get an advantage?
Seems the big guy tried it...don't know maybe it's a rule?
who gave this guy black belt
Every roll I have with a larger person is pretty much like this usually
Ya big has that advantage but Mike has plenty of them as well. Flexibility, speed, cardio, and can utilize space that is so much smaller than anything big is used to. Yes the weight is an obvious advantage but there's some in the other direction as well. You also have the fact that if big wins then it's "well ya look at the size" and if he doesn't then it's "we'll big just suck". Same as fighting a girl, it's lose lose.
how much bigger was seif before he started his bjj journey to black belt?
Can someone explain why are these different weight-classes competing in the same ring? What category or weight-class is this? Is this sparring or an actual match?
Is this a joke? I train with blue belts who have better technique than this blob
The little guy wasn't all that either. He immediately sat down like a chump
@@zadkiel242 that “little guy” is a world BJJ champion across world wide platforms. What the fuck are you talking about?
@@zadkiel242 that "little guy" would beat your ass any day of the week with little effort
@@zadkiel242 That was really all he could do at that big of a size disadvantage. And something is to be said for having guard retention that good.
Musumeci monstro da guarda lançada
Body weight choke, perfect technique on the donut eating!
So wrestling doesn’t factor in weight classes?
Sorry someone please help. I don't understand how Mikey won.
Mikey’s guard is amazing but that big guy is terrible
Man this is why I love no gi there's so much stalling
Wow riveting, can’t understand how BJJ viewership hasn’t gotten more popular. 😒
Big guy must have gotten his black belt from the Nogueira brothers....
MICKEY THE BEST OF THE BEST ça control le game N O R M A L
His guard is so good
Who win?
Hows that possible!!!???
Is anybody else rock solid rn
What was the penality exactly? Anyone got it?
mr comentator....it wrong to say Musumeci has a style! he just trains more than any other and thus the results
The reset is annoying. Get a bigger competition area. Ruins the process of achieving superior position or attack!!
Last year Naga expert open my first match at 167 was a 270lb 6 5 roided up to shit guy. I shot a low single and got crushed/he ripped me up/took my back and tried to finish via rnc. I got my shoulders out and cut the angle and he gassed. Got up - scored a takedown and they reset us as it was out of bounds.
But what were the penalties for
Who are the two guys on the mat to the right that kept coming into the frame? I want to watch that match!
New to jiu jitsu so this might sound like a silly question. But no weight classes??
Can someone explain what both penalties were for?
Who gifted the elephant a black belt?
Mikey is the man
Is that big dude actually a black belt? Does black belt mean anything ?
11:15 dude if anyone had me in this position my head would pop off like lego 💀
Huge respect to Mikey
His name was Robert Paulson
Por qué perdió el de azul? Alguien me ayuda a entender porfa
porque el pequeño lo estaba controlando asi que el grande no pudo hacer nada noi attacar ni pasar la guardia
im new to this, why were the two penalties called?
Dude no disrespect but jits should be like mma there should be 265lb limit yikes as jiujitsu practionare you should pride you self being fit heilo gracie would not give black belt if you were 300lbs the guys beast but lil weight loss wont hurt oss!!!
there are weight classes that (for some tournaments) have limits to how heavy they go. but this is the absolute division where it's all weights against all weights
Musumeci is a beast. Also is the big guy really a black belt. If we magically removed all the weight off of him. Is he still a black belt on pure technique? I’m just curious because all I see him do is trying to pressure pass by using his weight and choke while he is held on guard which we all know it’s not a smart move. So is he really a black belt . Regardless Musumeci is a genius in my opinion .
Big boy should put a blue belt on 😂😂😂
Defenders save your breath, I don’t care who the big dude is so no need for “do you know who he is?” Nope, don’t care, thank ye, have a nice day. Cheers
A true technician.
10:20 is maybe the only time I've seen Mikey be even slightly disrespectful.^^
Seif ate his way to the black belt.
