I can't work with my medical condition, my husband thinks I'm not God enough for him, my daughter just wants me to clean and babysit, mom just work in her yard, dad just died, lost house from pine tree taking in the middle of it from a storm, I just get doing well, and I get thrown rocks by the people I love. Stare at the sun. Force yourself to sleep more. Drink water. Breathe deeply. This is how you live…it will never fail you? You could be prison. You could be homeless…you could be dead? But you are alive. And no matter what situation you are in…do any one of those things? You will least feel some bit better. If you’re angry, dehydration will cause you feeling suffocated…choked? > resentment. If you’re angry but you drink water…you will find a way to energetically expunge the bitterness; it will dissolve into the water and be transformed into some other thing; which then soaks up into the root of the soil nearby- to be used for “some” later growth.
