The fan will make a person feel cooler when the air is moving across their body but in an empty room it does nothing to alleviate heat. The fan is a mechanical device that needs energy to operate. A fan generates heat by just functioning. The amount of heat released by the fan is negligible but technically it does raise the temperature of the room slightly. The reason it saves money is because with the cooler feeling from the fan, people can put the thermostat a couple degrees higher and still feel just as comfortable. If you don’t believe me, all you have to do is research it a bit and you will find it out for yourself.
Get a cooling tower.
These cost only $100 and you fill them with ice water and they chill a room with very little electricity.
Yeah and add 60% MORE humidity. Swamp coolers are not an option
