Rubbe jest ok, kupiłam, czasami używam. Działa sprawnie, rzeczywiście jak trzeba. No i co najważniejsze instalacja do roweru jest naprawdę prosta.
You can get a Lectric fro 799.00 I think I will pass on this
Też to mam, jest ok, przydaje się.
All things considered, a great idea! I have one critical observation: the footage showing the bike rider has him pedaling everywhere. Does the unit ever get move the bike without assisted pedaling?
According to the video it uses a wireless cadence sensor, so probably when you're not pedaling, it stops automatically
@@lenafox5996 What you are saying is true, the batteries are way too small for it to accelerate you on it's own.
I think in EU you have to pedal an electrically assisted bike anyway. Otherwise it's classified as a moped.
@@proxyhx2075 It's more of an assistant than an auto e-bike so don't expect it to
@ You don't have to strictly pedal your ebike in EU. You can use a throttle only, but your bike must have installed pedals (to be considered a bicycle) The only requirement is to not exceed 25km/h on the bike lanes, using the motor. You must setup your bike computer to stop assisting you or accelerate past 25km/h. Of course you can and will go faster that that, but with pedaling only. You can go up to 45km/h using the motor power only on the roads along cars, although, where officially you must wear a helmet all the time, and lights and mirrors, follow all traffic rules and in some countries register your ebike in a special city database (for safety reasons if you smack a car, or you get hurt in any way due to upper speed). All European countries are moving on fast forward away from cars, petrol or even electric, restricting automobile access more and more in all major cities and going all in for bikes, ebikes, scooters, and clean transportation.
nahh...
bicycle two people cannot use this, no place to use
How fast are you going to burn through tyres with that thing?
That's with anything.... even electric scooters I doubt the think works like sand paper dude.. 😆
U see the price of good bike tires???😳lol no thanks but nice kick start vid anyway its small and probably handy for urban living and light commutes
Mate did this 20 years ago. Tyres didn't last long
I think it's a bit useless. The fact of having that on my tire just put me wondering, does that even grip? And if it does, is it efficient enough to be worth the cust?
Short term solution at best, don't think it would grip we'll up Hills and would increase tyre wear.
Donde se consigue en Colombia, y otra pregunta como se frena y si mi cicla tiene parrilla y guardabarro como se puede usar
This ad. looks really suspicious...
I really dont see how it's a e-bike conversion???
Nice concept & vid but only pedalling, no e-biking. Does it even run? Decades ago we had dynamos off sidewalls. If it only sits on tyre, how can it grip tyre to power, esp wet. Customer service will be problem. Design school project only.
How cost
How to attach panniers, as I have panniers metal rack frame over rear wheel, plus wouldn't be able to attach my trailer via hitch on seatpost. Unless rubbeeX can be fitted over front wheel 🤔
👍
How much Is this in dollar amounts and how can I it delivered to where I am (not Europe)?
Like about 579 dollars without add on batteries etc. it’s why I took a hard pass. Cheaper Maybe. I really expected a package at about 300 dollars with add ons. For 900 dollars you could get a fairly good new e-bike. Great Idea 💡 just too much for me.
And if your in the US get your bike faster than waiting a month. At that price they should include two friction wheel replacements. Because they will wear out eventually.
Rain, mud, unit destroyed.
Works on wet tire? Or in the winter, snow conditions?
They say it works fine in snow also
@@proxyhx2075 interesting! Doesn't seem to, but good for them!
Could this be used on an adult tricycle
Donde venden en Perú?
Talves en el Perú no lo venden pero te lo pueden traer por Amazon hasta tu país
I was interested until I did the euro conversion. Had it been maybe 300 dollars max. For all the add ons and the Rubbee with a replacement friction wheel 🛞 I’d have been right there. But it ends up being like 850-900 with everything. But I still give it a thumbs up. 👍 just out if my price range.
Totally agree with you
Its the price of a whole ebike.....
What if the road is wet and muddy.... Will it break the product?
Not really, Rubbee X is water and mud resistant so it can take some water and dirt. In very rainy conditions we do though recommend to lift the Rubbee X away from the tire as a precaution.
I´d like to know how this system performs in trails and dirt roads with all the dust, rocks and bumps. Anyone have this experience to share? Thank you.
It's not meant for that, It does not handle bumps
Can be re-charged on cycling by incorporated a dynamo generator??
I'd dearly love to know how your claimed regen braking system works when you say the rider needs to pedal backwards to activate it. Impossible with a wireless cadence sensor, surely?
The wireless cadence sensor is notified that you are pedaling reverse, which tells the motor to go into regen mode, it's pretty straightforward
@@Kannondale07 going in reverse is pretty straightforward? 🤔 And I thought I was just starting to understand this type of tech.
@@notsoanonymous2458 You only have to pedal backward once. After that just hold your position and let the regen do it's thing. After you start pedalling, it switches back to assisted power.
How many batteries do i need to buy to get to 350w?
3 modules will be required :)
Finally!
I would love to get a version that flips up automatically one day
It takes about 1 second to lift it up, so there's probably no need for the system to be overengineered to solve such a simple task :)
@@RubbeeDrive While riding, like at 60km/ h
Is it available here in Brazil?
Where can I get a Rubee for my bike? Thanks.
Hi Carlos, right now we do not ship to Brazil..
Do not buy. Because assistance is not good. Because the sensor... doesn't work after three months. Because if you request another recharge and sensor on the website it is always sold out.
It's not going to be approved by the authority of where I'm from.. 🤫 Singapore 🤏🤔🤭
