He always has been at LB, I've been trying to tell people. Defensively he's very good there. There's a reason Bielsa fancied him for that DM role, he has some Kalvin Phillips qualities. He's great at 1on1 situations, aggressive, good tackler, knows when to make a foul, presses really well. And he gives us extra height.

Feels like these big teams some times just want to come to the smaller clubs grounds and turn them over with quality without actually working hard for the win, Man U are a prime example it’s the reason why there not on par with teams like Man City cause even at Newcastle they got dragged into a tough game but still worked hard for a draw

The chemistry between Harrison, Aaronson and Rodrigo is insane right now. That third goal sums it up perfectly. Aaronson dummies the header, Rodrigo gets a touch and Harrison puts it away. At least one of those three have been responsible for every Leeds goals so far.
Edit: Look I know how that goal was scored wasn't the plan when James crossed it. The point is that all three managed to be right where the ball was in the 6 yard box when they needed to be. Maybe the very first goal of the season is a better example. Aaronson causes havoc and gets the first tackle. Harrison scoops up the second ball and passes it to Rodrigo who finishes it. THE POINT IS that these three seem to be the catalyst to every goal Leeds score.
Edit 2x: ALSO Imma be petty here, You absolutely can dummy a header! Goal keeper adjusts to the man in the air, man in the air opts to let it drop behind him for a guy on a late run behind catching the keeper completely out of position.
Hopefully Sinisterra will get up to speed soon and join in the fun.

While, against Citeh at home, Ederson made several great saves.
Of course I hate him. He's embarrassing, part of the loathsome Yank colonisation of our club and is the reason Bielsa isn't here-- the man who is the reason we are here And he's getting all the credit for Bielsa's work. I've thought for ages that a big club like Leeds should expand and modify Elland Road but looking at this I'm not too sure. The atmosphere created in that place is sensational. I love how close they're all packed in. Elland Road has soul.

I'm a lifelong Liverpool fan with a special place in my heart for Leeds. Not getting any joy with our miserable start of the season, so watching this made my week slightly better. The whole team is clicking nicely after last season's close shave. Rodrigo in particular has been immense. Jesse Marsch is doing some wonderful work with this squad and I expect Leeds will be a serious force to reckon with this season if they keep up this level. What a performance!! ❤💯🔥

@@burtlangoustine1 Too many injuries in the squad across all lines. Our mid in particular has been terribly hit and some of the available senior players just don't have the legs any more. Not a good time.

Congrats, Leeds! I'm just a casual, non-English PL watcher but I have to say I'm looking out for Leeds this season. Last season it felt like they were JUST coming up short, ALL the time. Great football, but almost always NEARLY there (combined with a lot of bad luck imo). I feel like this season they might do it. I'm excited! Lots of luck 🤞
Yeah, last season was largely due to injuries as they made the run of bad form near impossible to get out of. I'm really excited to see what happens this year as Jesse Marsch has managed to bring the fire back into the leeds squad

In this still very early 2022-23 EPL season, there are few young, bold and fast and promising teams coming up to challenge the ranking at/near the top, Including are Leeds, Brighton, Newcastle, Brentford. Only Man City powerhouse still looks very very strong.
On the other hand, some teams not looking good at all, this latter set includes Wolves, Man United, Liverpool etc. In Man United 2-1 Liverpool, both Man United and Liverpool look slow.
you always get a few random results at the start of the season. Wolves still have a much better squad than us and will be perfectly fine. Although they're trying to switch to a more attacking system, which is often very difficult.
