This is a darling notion, I alway save my blades to use in a cutter for paper only but this is something that is very useful.these would make a great gift, as you said.

I loved this notion video! Rarely have I been so excited about a game changer for the million piece quilts I really want to make because I always detested cutting all the chained pieces! This one is going to be worth every penny I paid for it!

I bought a sharps container for all my old blades, pins, needles etc. I have a pair of broken scissors in there too. It stays in my sewing room .

Have to be honest, I use my sharps bin for any blunt blades or broked pins, but this is a good idea for anyone who does not have access to a sharps bin.

I know I’m off topic but may I ask . What fabric flexible glue would you recommend? Something when it dries it’s still soft texture almost like you’ve not used glue . Thank you your creations are beautiful.
