Open discussion creates understanding for those who experience mental illness. The more we understand the more compassionate we are, the better the lives of all those affected.

Its lovely to see Dean Ray, & so thoughtful talking of Self Awareness. Its so sad he put so much weight on, but obviously he's happy & enjoying life now to the full. He certainly deserves it, what a singer & guitarist!!! Amazing guy. I'll NEVER forget him on X factor in Australia, incredible, he should've won!!
