A complicated day at the hospital (safety in the surgical patient)

In this video we have tried to simulate relevant issues of the usual clinical practice in a surgical patient, to identify potential inappropriate practices, to evaluate the causes that have produced them and the potential damages to the patient, as well as how we could prevent them, promoting patient safety on surgery and the prevention of incidents and adverse effects.
