Nice video pal. Im doing the same on my B8 A4. Im just having a doubt on the sequence of the steel plates, the letters B, W, C and D are giving some orientation?
Been waiting for this video! What was the main issue you noticed where you knew you had a transmission issue? Also how many miles . I just bought a 16 with 80k
90k on the odometer. But it started out as a bump when I came to a complete stop, then I tried an adaption and it would never complete k2 .then I did a fluid change and tried the adaption again and it adapted fast. I thought all was good until I gave it alot of Gass then it redlined.on every other gear.
I picked up a 2017 sepang S7 a few months ago. You have no idea how much I look forward to these videos. Thanks for taking the time to compile them. Best of luck with the channel.
Your even gear clutch pack looks awful for the miles. One thing you might want to double check is the bearing seat in the clutch cover ( the aluminum cover which holds the seal). It gets loose due to the vibrations and the bearing starts to wobble in it. That can cause pressure leak to the clutches and cause them getting burned up. Btw, do you still have your old clutch?
Hi i have problem with my audi Q5 from 2009 2.0 TFSI automatic gearbox, think it is 0B5 gear automatic with double clutch. i feel like the car dont go so smooth when in gear 2,4 and 6 and i can se the rpm is not stable, the rpm goes up and down for no reason in gear 2,4 and 6 most of the time. and in the reverse gear the car sometimes drives and stops then tries to drive again. it works if i press the gas but with no gas the car stops and moves a couple of time before starts to drive properely in the reverse gear. thanks for any tips.
It sounds like the clutch solenoid or clutch pressure solenoid is bad or blew the seal . I would rebuild the mechtronic unit . I would direct you to adis trnjanin on Facebook he can sell you the rebuild kit or send it to ecutesting.com
@@weekendwarranty4409 thanks for your quick response. i forgot to say in last message but the gear seems to work better then the car temprature is hot compared to when the car is cold. can it be just as simple as the gearbox oil is to low?
I’ve the same issue on my gearbox. What’s annoying is Audi replaced my mechatronic unit thinking that was the issue 😡.

I'm having a helluva time finding that seal part number. The one in the cover you installed with the pvc pipe.
0b5 311 113 and the highest letter of the alphabet I think it's on revision F or G
@@weekendwarranty4409 thanks a million!

Where are you located out of? Also how could I contact you? I have some questions if you don’t mind me asking you. Thank you in advance
Louisiana, ask your questions and I'll try to answer them as soon as I can
I like the new intro.
Was the clutch slipping?
Yes very bad

Thank you!! And Goodluck with your s7.
Do you have to buy a new clutch? Or is replacing the clutch frictions more than enough?
I baught a new clutch assembly but if I have to do it again I will just buy friction plates

Yes I checked and replaced all of that and yes I do still have the old clutch pack. I was going to rebuild it and possibly sell it .
Where did you buy the clutch and seals from? Do you by chance have the parts list?
I bought it from audi it came with everything . I'm sorry I wasn't any help

Дело в хабах корзины, на них износ. Их нужно стачивать для плавной работы
