  • Looking to determine the best legal structure to maximise your impact and achieve your mission?
    Keen to hear how the likes of Chuffed and Two Good Co have structured themselves to achieve their profit-for-purpose agendas and changing needs?
    Need a clear and concise toolkit to help you make better decisions around your legal structure and constitution?
    This online workshop is a practical, insight-filled session for social enterprises and purpose-driven businesses looking to navigate their legal structure to maximise their impact and best position themselves for future growth. Hear from experts in their field and learn how to better position your organisation in line with your mission and objectives.
    This FREE 90-minute online workshop covers:
    Social Impact Hub’s Legal Toolkit - www.socialimpa... - A new fit-for-purpose toolkit, proudly supported by Centre for Social Finance Law and Seventh Street Ventures, designed to guide for-purpose entities on their legal structure and constitution;
    Model Constitution: Michael Ryland (Director of Centre for Social Finance Law) will provide an overview of the Toolkit’s model constitution and explain how it can help you to set up your for-purpose organisation using best practice and precedent;
    Real-world examples: Hear the innovative stories from panellists Prashan Paramanathan (Founder & CEO of Chuffed) and Rob Caslick (Founder of Two Good Co), who will share how they have structured their organisations to maximise their impact and meet the needs of their stakeholders.
    After you've watched the recording, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take 2 minutes to fill out this short survey: survey.zohopub.... Your input will help us improve future workshop offerings.
    This workshop is one in a series and part of the RISE program, an initiative of Social Impact Hub with the generous support of the Paul Ramsay Foundation and Westpac Foundation. RISE collaborates with leading corporates to offer pro bono business support to help social enterprises who have been impacted by COVID-19. www.socialimpa...
