but messed up think i did to many coats

Finally found a video with a Golf with the emblem like mine. I will not use the toothpick to remove the middle, i think it looked good fully painted. My Golf is White/Silver so i will dip both emblems and the Golf logo. Then, maybe i will do the wheels, but that is a much bigger job so im not sure i wanna do it lol. Thanks for vid!
Maybe its better to let the whole emblem in Black? Ill think about to dip my emblem too

The more times you spray it the longer it stays on...
It won’t come off in the car wash. Get it right the first time, after that it gets harder and harder to re do looking perfect cause u have to clean it every time and it’s a pain in the ass

It works but the final result looks very frigale. Need to very carefull cleaning my car, and waxing I dont know but looks impossible.

Looked good until you started to use a toothpick. Next time use a sharp big and pointy knife.

It's actually one of the best ways to do it.. If you use a sharp tool you will scratch it. The material between the logo isn't coated in farnish like the rest of the car, its not even metal. He probably should have coated it even ticker, so that it wouldn't break when pulling the dip out.
