- I found this so hard to believe, I just had to get one in to see for myself. Relax makes 2 types of these a standard red version and a higher wattage yellow version. I went for the 22.5w Yellow one and decided to share with you what I found.

10,000mAh batteries, the fine print shows a “rated capacity” of just 5200mAh, and the red model, at least, only promises 300 charge cycles before that capacity wanes.

Precautions before use (friendly reminder):
1. After purchase, when using for the first time, be sure to use the power bank to "0%", and then use the "TYPE-C" fast charging line and "fast charging charger" to charge the mobile power to "0%" 95%" or more before use.
2. If the "first step operation" is not followed, the power bank will have inaccurate power display, rapid digital jumps, 85% charging and so on. It is necessary to repeat the first step "2 times" or more to cycle to return to normal power.

I read the instructions for the second version, the green version, from Remax power bank. After purchase you should recharge the power bank to 100% using the fast charging line and, after this, use the power bank to 0%. Two times. Following this steps, the power bank will be with accurate charge.

How has it held up now? it's labelled at a 10kmah capacity but then in the fine print it says its rated at 5200mah
I have so many power banks and my kids use them more than I do, but I have used it about 5 times and it has given me no problems. It can charge my Samsung S23 Ultra fully and have 27% left from full, so it can't be 10,000mAh. But charging with 22w will drain the power bank faster than with using slow charging. But after 9 months it still works fine. Thanks for watching.

It should automatically shut down when it finishes charging (from power outlet to device), or when charging a device it will shut down when finished. There is no power off button on most power banks, they are automatic. If you are charging something and want it to stop then just unplug it by the cable. I hope this helps and thanks for watching.

Yes, it gets regular use by my kids. Nice little powerbank for the money.
What about the “Rated capacity: 5300 mAh” printed in the case? is that closer to reality than 10000 mAh is?
Maybe the printing is incorrect. Mistakes are common on Chinese documentation. From my tests, I could charge a Samsung S22 Ultra from 3% to 100% and the power bank had 22% left. Iphone 13 mini could charge 2x with 12% remaining in the power bank. So it is around 7-8.000mAh by my calculations. Samsung was charged via type-c cable, iphone via type-a 2.0. My power bank only charge up to 85%. I dont know whats to do.
Have you tried leaving it to charge for longer? The first charge you should leave it for 8-12 hours. When charging it charges quite fast until 80-85% then slow charges the rest. I hope this helps and thanks for watching.
