Honestly I love this thing, make sure to read the measurements and measure your space so you know if it'll work for you. I bought this to put inside my closet, underneath where I hang my clothes and it is absolutely perfect! It is VERY sturdy and all drawers glide easily and mine are stuffed, and they are still flush when closed.

My parents were obsessed with it. And yes, it can be a chore to paint over due to the embossed design. You have created an item of furniture which you'd be hard pressed to know had come from IKEA, with the added bonus that it is now unique. I love the colourway and the brass effect cup handles ... it is a first rate piece of furniture to be proud of. Well done. x

This wall paper brings me back to my childhood as my parents had this wall paper! I'm sure they had this for a good 20 years before redecorating the house! It's nice to see it again!
The only thing that would make this better is if you drilled the holes for the pulls a little bigger so that little foot goes into the wood and the handle is more flush to the front.
When i was 16, i made my whole wardrobe wall covered in a wood print wallpaper, the texture made it look soo cool. I just got it down a few days ago and even after a decade it looked flawless. The wallpaper is called anaglypta. It was considered a poor man’s lincrusta, which is GORGEOUS.
