The difference between Lebron and a lot of the other great players in the league is shown in this video. He is a coach on the floor. He knows exactly where his team's strengths and weaknesses are and he will coach each player how they need to play in order to do their best. Dwayne Wade was one of the top couple players in the world and Lebron had the intelligence to know exactly where Wade needed to be on the floor and exactly what he needed to be focusing on to get him in the game. We don't see any of that from guys like Durant, Rose, Kobe, Howard, etc. That's what separates him from even Jordan. They were both nearly perfect with their all around games, but James has the leadership to make guys come together and play the best that they possibly can.

***** Every player in the game struggle once in a while. I never said anything about any of them having issues of skills. Obviously, skills is what brought them to the NBA. Otherwise they wouldn't be playing in the NBA. Even the best Micheal Jordan. Nobody is perfect ..

Big facts lol. I’m a 80’s baby; ‘85 to be exact. I grew up in the Jordan era alongside LBJ so we all idolized MJ. With that being said as great as he was he didn’t have to take on the tasks that LBJ has had to do on every team he’s been on: lead scorer, assists, and rebounding.
