That Guy With the Pointlessly Long Username That You Are Wasting Your Time Reading Right Now there's a girl in my Spanish class who is a car enthusiast, I was surprised when I saw a G35 as her wallpaper, I thought to myself "no way" until I saw excessive camber with stretched tyres on it and I was like nope she's a ricer
What about the oddball/obscure model car guy? This guy has an affinity for cars that are usually overlooked by the rest of the community. For example, I'm a K-car enthusiast while I know others that collect Pintos, Pacers (anything AMC really), and DeLoreans, not to forget the modified minivan guys. While everyone else is showing Vettes, Stangs, and Camaros, these guys keep the hobby interesting by modifying and preserving otherwise forgotten cars. Sometimes this is both a blessing and a curse though as formerly outcast oddball cars like the Superbird/Daytona have gone mainstream and are now out of the price range of the guys who saved them from the crusher.
I have a strange fascination with full-sized American sedans like the Ford Crown Victoria and the 1990s Chevrolet Caprice. I want one but I'm not old enough to drive and I'm in the wrong country anyway.

Much rarer than the EV enthusiast is the plasma head, the dudes who are all about custom EV builds for max power that spit Sparks and ozone and destroy almost anything to 60
I've been daily driving my 1971 Chevrolet Impala for about two years since I turned 18 and I just bought a 2018 Ford Fiesta ST. All I can say is we are a rare breed of car guys
I daily drive a 1963 Ford Falcon Futura with zero upgrades to it. Everything from the engine to the transmission is bone stock ( all original). with a shitty carb that I haven't had time to work on and some good ole drum brakes
For the electric car one it’s not that I care about the earth, i just like the feeling of knowing I can beat 99% of ALL cars in the city and highway for at least when it counts (of course I can’t beat all high end super cars at a 1/4 mile but from stop light to stop light I’m nearly, nearly, unbeatable)
Well, As a person who drives a classic as my daily. I only have AC, a comfy seat, and a radio. And that's all I need. If your wondering I have a resto 1974 dodge adventurer that has mostly factory parts.
@SILENT SLIVER 69, yes (a 1970 Mustang doesn't have quad headlights), but it could also be a Mach 1, but since it's modified/customized it's hard to tell.
991 911 Carrera 4s I'm saying bro. the twin turbo 3000gt was made to compete against the supra and the gtr but for some reason it never took off like those two. I tried finding a discussion about why it never took off but couldn't find one. I really want to know lol
SparklyTaints the 3000gt was Mitsubishi flagship car. Made to compete with the supra. Was most expensive than the supra and fast in the furious glorified the supra so supra jumped in price and the 3000gt didn't. Don't get me wrong, supra is a beast... I liked the 3000gt vr4 better.. but since it being a mits best car...the repairs were crazy expensive . Still love seeing them on the road though.
Im also an OEM guy. I only have one modded vehicle, and its a lifted Jeep. Everything else, Ive seem to keep stock, down to nuts and bolts being OEM (even the license plate bolts that come in the bag with a part number, which I keep in a spread sheet). I know Ill get hate for this...I have a Super Stock, and it will stay stock. 807HP is enough, though...that Stage Kit is kind of tempting, though I could buy it, and keep it in the box lol
My dad daily drives an original classic he has a 1966 mustang and a 1976 fj40 land cruiser he just has to drive the land cruiser almost everyday since it is not fully restored it gets chocked easily

You don't need to have money to own cars. If you are only looking to race on tracks you can just buy cheap second hand cars to rally on a track and tinker with to learn. That way you don't have to worry about wrecking an expensive car. Most tracks don't even require you to have a licence to drive.

Thank you for recognizing the Accord guys!! The CD5 Accord is my favorite car as I just like the perfect balance of simple, practical and decent performance. The car knowledge thing is so true for me too; I have legit studied cars in my free time just for fun since sixth grade, and I am the only car guy I know around me at school. Ever since I was a child, I was into anything mechanical and ended up learning all about how they worked. I don’t have an Accord, but it is my dream car and my parents had a 1997 LX before it got scrapped in 2016. My current and first car is my dad’s 1995 Honda Passport EX; happened to be the first car I ever rode in Edit: when I was thinking about all the mods I would do to an Accord, I was kinda also an oem guy to preserve the nostalgic qualities of my family’s deceased beloved Accord

SuperCookieGaming I'll drive a fully restored 1970 dodge charger or Challenger
@@Pia9804 you will? Trust me even if you could you wouldn't like it. It's all fun and good until you get stranded in the middle of the night in another country, it's pouring and your roof starts leaking. And that was with my only 30 year old daily. The good thing are the stories but otherwise I would never recommend to daily a classic.
if you have balls to do it, go for it.

I met a mechanic girl at my auto tech class. I'm gonna try and wife her

Do you know some of the car names?
That's alot of time spent driving each day. Do you know what he does for a living? Or what kinds of cars he has?
Nathaniel Moore ha same I love the vw t1,t2 and bmw isseta
I have a strange fascination with full-sized American sedans like the Ford Crown Victoria and the 1990s Chevrolet Caprice. I want one but I'm not old enough to drive and I'm in the wrong country anyway.
Nathaniel Moore I've thought about buying a 2001 Honda Odyssee, putting on a cold air intake, turbo, and coilovers
I know both guys you’re talking about. I’m “everyone else” i show off my cutlass lol
I want a 1981-83 Dodge Aries/ Plymouth reliant bone stock. They were some of the best looking K cars.

There's also the group I belong to: Car guys that love "grandma cars," especially from the late 70s to mid 80s.
#1 put a smile on my face, I daily drive an original 1963 Dodge with a 361 cubic inch big block
Ethan Hays i have a 1950 Dodge coronet sedan with a 230 cu.i straight six, with some small here and there hot rod items and daily it mopar or no car
I daily my 68 Fury. It's got a few mods but when I buy a car it's got to be one I enjoy. Moments Of Performance Are Rare but it's worth it.
I am fixing up my mom's 70 chevelle for a daily driver in high school.
I've been daily driving my 1971 Chevrolet Impala for about two years since I turned 18 and I just bought a 2018 Ford Fiesta ST. All I can say is we are a rare breed of car guys
I daily drive a 1966 Morris Minor 1000. I'm a Brit and all my friends call me insane. It's great fun
I daily drive a 1963 Ford Falcon Futura with zero upgrades to it. Everything from the engine to the transmission is bone stock ( all original). with a shitty carb that I haven't had time to work on and some good ole drum brakes
I’ve got a stock 62 Falcon that I daily too

For the electric car one it’s not that I care about the earth, i just like the feeling of knowing I can beat 99% of ALL cars in the city and highway for at least when it counts (of course I can’t beat all high end super cars at a 1/4 mile but from stop light to stop light I’m nearly, nearly, unbeatable)
I just want a stock 240 without a welded diff, and the stock steering wheel
Redline Raphael too bad... They don't exist anymore
I always wanted to catch a unicorn to
I want to take a badly modded e30, and take it back to stock

Well, As a person who drives a classic as my daily. I only have AC, a comfy seat, and a radio. And that's all I need.
If your wondering I have a resto 1974 dodge adventurer that has mostly factory parts.
That mustang boss 302 at the start was freaking amazing and is my favorite car and I know a guy who has one
Is it a 1969 boss 302?
@SILENT SLIVER 69, yes (a 1970 Mustang doesn't have quad headlights), but it could also be a Mach 1, but since it's modified/customized it's hard to tell.
MDDeGrande1994 boss 302s don’t have side scoops quick way to tell
Does a stock Supra still exist?
theyre everywhere here tons of stock mk3 supra's also a couple of mk4's but who cares about them
G.T. Slot of people.
Automatic Transmission, mostly.
thats true for the mk4's but there are like 1 auto mk3 for 10 manual mk3's its just a shame that no one buys em
Koala Fan go to middle east... they are laying around covered in dust with noine to drive them
skyline, supra, nsx.... never hear about the 3000gt :(
911 911 Carrera 4s they are pretty heavy compared to similar cars in terms of hp
991 911 Carrera 4s I'm saying bro. the twin turbo 3000gt was made to compete against the supra and the gtr but for some reason it never took off like those two. I tried finding a discussion about why it never took off but couldn't find one. I really want to know lol
SparklyTaints Nissan zx300 is also a cool car
SparklyTaints the 3000gt was Mitsubishi flagship car. Made to compete with the supra. Was most expensive than the supra and fast in the furious glorified the supra so supra jumped in price and the 3000gt didn't. Don't get me wrong, supra is a beast... I liked the 3000gt vr4 better.. but since it being a mits best car...the repairs were crazy expensive . Still love seeing them on the road though.
With heavy weight, 4 wheel steering, a 3L v6 and awd they're not really cheap to maintain or in terms of gas.
The 2017 Honda Accord Sports is actually nice outside wise

And surprisingly, I don’t have a car, and am a girl. **super rareness**

Aftermarket power steering (but original style) no ac, manual drum brakes, the best damn heater you'll ever get, analog speedometer, no tach, no ABS (literally no abs. I don't work out.) 4-bbl carb, smallblock V8, ass dragging the road, and 0-60 of 5ish seconds, on a full stock engine (except the carb, that was originally 2bbl).
Nice Nissan Altima what’s with the hood btw is it inside out or sthg 😂
My car has no traction control no stability control no airbags no abs i think that my cars only safety features are seatbelts and doors

martijn van dijken Same except I don’t even have seatbelts or doors 😐

I don't work on my Alfa Romeo more than I drive it. Pretty much just full service when I got it and went through and checked over everything replaced some things just due to age and correcting things that were previously done wrong and it's been reliable it will never strand you as long as you take care of it and it'll take care of you.
Jimmy Grant which Alfa Romeo do you own ?
Never is a strong word, I do all the maintenance a classic requires on my mk2 golf and I am prepared for it to leave me stranded at some point.
Guten look at his profile profile picture😊
What about American car guys that can actually turn, or even be on a track
Their not as rare as you think. The Formula D fellas, ken Blocko-boi, and hopefully, myself someday
@DESTROYER67732 that's what I was going to say
I do both
@DESTROYER67732 Nardo counts as oval?? But still doesn't catch Nascar
Viper and Vette. Both legendary cars that would be openly accepted as jdm, if given the chance.
Future daily driver here. I'm getting my licence in under a year. I have made decision that I will buy no matter what w124 mercedes for myself. Someone maybe dont regocnise it as a classic but I see beuty and potential it has even as a daily drive.
I am BY FAR a no-car guy. I have always been kinda poor but I have managed to build a decent computer and have always managed to play racing/customizing games. But hay, I guess I'm just a fanboy...
MACK me and you are in the same boat brother, I don’t even have my license
You don't need to have money to own cars. If you are only looking to race on tracks you can just buy cheap second hand cars to rally on a track and tinker with to learn. That way you don't have to worry about wrecking an expensive car. Most tracks don't even require you to have a licence to drive.
MACK Same for me... but I also watch countless car fixing and modifying tutorials online.
MACK I bet there is an Acura Integra out there for less than the computer you built. They are alot of fun

I don't have a license but I started learning cars when I was 2 and played all the GT games, similar to what you've said. When I go to car meets I take loads of pictures!
My current and first car is my dad’s 1995 Honda Passport EX; happened to be the first car I ever rode in
Edit: when I was thinking about all the mods I would do to an Accord, I was kinda also an oem guy to preserve the nostalgic qualities of my family’s deceased beloved Accord

Trans Am clone? Or did someone take the Pontiac 400 out of the car before you got it? I have a 78 that has a sbc in it because the last owner kept the drivetrain and that's the engine I had in my garage lol. I plan on building a Pontiac 455 for it though.
Are you sure it’s a Chevy 350?oldsmobile and Pontiac made there own version of the 350 to.
@@camman9235 Pontiac discontinued their 350 in 1977 so it couldn't be standard in a 79, the Oldsmobile 350 was never offered in Pontiac cars, and each engine look extremely different from one another and can't be mistaken.
