You did a nice job very respectful though out your tour. I was born there along with my children. So sad to see it closed!

That is an incredible location. Looks like you were able to get in nice and early before there was any real vandalism etc. It's always good getting to see a fresh-looking exploration. With everything that's gone on over the past couple of years, it seems strange to see medical places being closed down. That autopsy room. If walls could talk I'm sure it would have one heck of a story to tell.

    This is awesome!!!
That first patient room was probably a recovery center for smaller/out-patient procedures. ICUs typically have individual rooms bc its safer for critical patients.

This is incredible, awesome work! Quite a huge and very nice looking hospital. When I heard the door (with the weird lock) close behind you, I had the same thought you did; glad it didn't end up locking you in!
Those surgical rooms and the morgue were so cool...that was a killer autopsy table! 😍
Thanks for sharing, this was one hell of a Halloween treat! 👍😁

This place was most definitely something else. I don’t know if I’ll ever come across something as cool as this again.

O.K. I walked into a DIVE on 42nd Street, where they were dancing to Ghetto Buster Boom Boxes, still open with a proprietor, but me as audience of ONE, was enough to assume the lease and be their new owners they said, as one sat on my lap.
With my ownership of one dive, this hospital came with it and I can send in Labor Force Employees and continue doing surgery.

@@ARTinDECAY The Bridgeport Connecticut Hospital had these problems and re-staffed to be a Shands Hospital. also what was an Episcopal Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. was taken over by
a Shands. The Institution that heads up MEDICAL at the County Jail also was with a legit
charter when Episcopal or as I remember it, Protestant. They should have been Catholic from the structure of the Pope at the Vatican but kept changing. God's work is what their original charter was and not profiteering When a Shands, they can not be stopped as easily as this, not that they have any known charter to be the tenant the City allows into the building.

Fantastic video! This explore was insane! Definitely earned a subscriber from me ❤
Would you care for some constructive criticism? If no please don’t read:
When filming yourself, try holding the camera so that the angle is either level with your face or slightly above and try not to move. The low angle combined with the movement creates the visual experience of swaying and rolling like being on a boat and can initiate motion sickness in your viewers! I only say this as it’s in the first few seconds of the video and some people might just click off because of this, which means they miss the rest of the great content! Otherwise you’re doing fabulous!

Thanks for your support and helpful tips. I definitely understand where your coming from with the motion sickness, I had many viewers comment about that on another video I made which is why I purchased a gimbal in hopes of stabilizing my footage. I will do my best to try and level my intro footage in the future!

This is the hospital that my uncle volunteered at for 10 years. He died there while volunteering (go figure) also in 1999 they left me 2 weeks over due with my 1st child (knowing he was in distress 3 days prior to inducing) he had to be resuscitated when he was finally born. The room my son was born in was shown at 13:10. This place was no good

Very interesting story. I sorry to hear of your family’s tragedies at this facility.
