Surfers Paradise Villa Is $900usd/$6300tt per night for the first 14 persons and each additional person (up to 22)
its $50usd/$350tt per night (6 bedrooms)
Surfer’s Lounge is $300usd/$2100tt per night for 2 persons and each additional persons up to 4 it’s $50usd/$350tt per night (only rented to villa guest that require additional space)
A 50% Downpayment is required to secure your booking dates
There is an additional one night refundable damage deposit refunded one week after check out once nothing on the property is damaged or missing.
All payments are non-refundable and dates are non-transferable .
