Ale is a self-admitted introvert, so it's not that she's "in a shell", she's just not expressive like Pau and Dany. The great thing about Ale is she doesn't try to be like her older sisters to fit in. With Ale, what you see is what you get. She doesn't pretend to be or feel something she isn't. This is true since she was very young. And she is less emotional than Pau and Dany. For example, just before going on stage to open for their first Muse concert Pau was all excited and saying how her heart was pounding so fast and Dany said her hands were shaking, Ale merely said, "It's just a show. It's just a show." Following the end of their second concert at Teatro Metropolitan, Dany was engaging with the crowd and Pau was in tears. What was Ale doing? Comforting Pau. So, she is quiet and not outwardly expressive, but she is definitely NOT in a shell. People misunderstand introversion for being shy, uncomfortable, lacking confidence. Which is not true.
I get protective of Ale when they refer to her being in a shell or lacking confidence, which some have said. She doesn't lack confidence, because if she doesn't want the camera on her she will shoo the person away, which is usually Rudy. If she doesn't like Pau or Dany's outfits for a concert she will tell them, "You're not wearing that." Also, Ale has to have the last word in an argument. Pau has said, "It is so tiring."
There is more to quiet little Ale than you think.
Anyway, a video recommendation for you is the song "Kool-Aid Kids" live from Summerfest in Milwaukee from 7/9/22

Yes Ale's falsetto is beautiful and you can actually hear it in this. I think Ale was just in more of a lay back acoustic mood in this one.

Ale is a confident intelligent young woman who is not in-your-face type all the time. One thing for sure, had she not been in the mood then this recording wouldn't have been possible.
She doesn't like people intruding her privacy - that doesn't equate to being camera shy. Had she been diffident & unsure of herself she wouldn't have chosen this profession of going up on stage to perform in front of hundreds of strangers.
Also, just because she performed this song seriously without a smile doesn't imply that she is a petulant teenager 😀
Her falsetto is absolutely top class.
Look forward to listening to your 1st experience of The Warning singalong. As we have seen over the past couple of months, specially in Europe, the girls don't give concerts nowadays they conduct singalongs.

Ale is famous for not liking a camera focused on her.

She does not like the camera in her face. Even on songs she sings lead, she will often close her eyes. She will grow out of it. This was a few. Years ago.

@@ronhall5395 She's an introvert, why would she "grow out of it"? Do extroverts grow out of it too? Or they don't need to because being an extrovert it's the only right way?
Man, that's just who she is, people need to get over it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ale is not a fan of being on camera. She tolerates it, but has never been happy about it. She instinctively knows when it is pointed her direction. Its not that she isn’t well spoken, or that she lacks confidence. Its not even that she has nothing to say. It seems to be that she simply wants no part of it. During interviews and podcasts, she will sit attentively and politely, but will usually only speak up to clarify something her sisters have said or to answer a direct question (usually in as few words as humanly possible). It may be that she was going through some awkwardness at this part of her teenage life, but in all reality she has always been this way. There is a video of Pau and Dany trying to get her to participate in a song when they were very young children. Ale simply refuses. No matter how much her sisters support her, or cheer her on, she resolutely shakes her head no.
You can tell Ale loves being on stage with her sisters, but she is more than happy to let Dany and Pau be out front and center. Her role is quality control, not public relations.

Great explanation of Ale's mood. That a gal of her generation isn't keen on being the center of attention and a camera in her face all the time, shouldn't be discouraged. She isn't all up in social media either. I bet her mental health benefits from this.

Nice Reaction! I saw a video awhile back and I think Ale and Dany were being interviewed and they asked Ale if it was true that she has perfect pitch and she said she does, but she has not developed it (whatever that means). React to Hunter from this same Acoustic Set. It is the next to last song on Queen of the Murder Scene and when they play it acoustically Dany and Ale switch parts on their guitar and bass at the first part of the song. The electric version Dany starts the song with a pretty heavy guitar riff, but not on the acoustic. Ale does that part on her bass. It's very interesting the way they do it.

There were several acoustic performances conducted at a nice hotel in downtown Monterrey. This is one of the songs they did. Pau's accuracy on the drum pads is what also amazes me. She just doesn't miss her target. I also like that you can hear all three of their voices clearly. It gives a different feel to the song. I think Ale doesn't like using the acoustic bass as opposed to her electric Spectre. If you hear some songs you haven't heard before, it won't be so different from what you experience on your channel, just you'll also feel the song pounding in your chest. They're loud live.

Any song where Dany gets to let loose with her outstanding vocal belts and Ale gets to show off her beautiful falsetto and all 3 harmonizing is a-ok with me.
Unlikely they’ll play this in their live set unless they continue the jar song and it’s a possible selection.
They have the “good” problem that there are so many fan favorites that they couldn’t possibly play them all in a live show unless it was 3-4 hours long.
I’d love to see this, Shattered Heart, 23, The End, River’s Soul and so many more live but alas…

Yeah, Ale has a good falsetto. She doesn't seem to have a problem performing in front of a lot of people. Maybe it's just that performance that she had an issue with (unless we're just reading things into the situation that aren't there).

That's how Ale is. I think it basically has to do with camera vs live audience. When it's just them and a camera, it's the focused attention that makes it feel like _everything_ is on display. Even though there are more eyes on them when they're in front of people, the focus isn't solely on her + they feed off the energy and interaction.

      *Truth about Ale:*
Ale used to be shy in front cameras except *Petunia* (Warning's own camcorder). Petunia is the camera Pau was playing with during the *More* music video. That changed during their Mayday 2022 Tour. She got used to the cameras.
Ale is not nervous before a show or on stage. Ale doesn't like to sing lead. She loves backup singing.
Their setlist usually is most of Error album except 24, Breathe & Revenant. Survive & When I'm Alone from XXI Century Blood. Dull Knives, Dust to Dust, Queen of the Murder Scene from QotMS. And Enter Sandman, Narcisista & More. Around 14 - 17 songs for one hour to an hour & 15 minute show. When I saw them April of 2022. They played for only 58 minutes coming off a day off. Still a great show.

With Ale, I think it's more concentration of singing falsetto and playing a bass line at the same time. Granted, Ale doesn't seek out the camera, but I don't think it's teenage angst, lol.
