I mainly want three things from the logbait guide: 1) Learning logbait troop interactions (ie, when I need to respond to something) 2) Reading placements (being able to make predictions by knowing where they will play something) and where the most optimal places to put my troops are (ie, where to put a princes with gob giant/sparky coming down a lane) 3) Like you mentioned, gameplay recorded, then talked over after. I want to know what is going through your mind when your opponents place something. Just seeing the order your brain deciphers what is being played in front of you would be so helpful as it would help me understand what I need to focus on more. Hope you see this and take this only as constructive criticism. I absolutely love your content and watch every vid, keep it up bro❤ Edit: Also, if you could do a part in the guide that just shows positive interactions for logbait cards against most other cards. (Put in a bunch of 10 second clips with different interactions for us to watch and learn) some of the plays you do I legitimately cannot understand how you defend for such low elixir. It’s insane so if you could just show those not well known interactions that would be awesome).
Riley, for the logbait guide I think playing the game normally is fine, but afterwards provide an in depth analysis. I know it can be difficult to explain the things you do during the game, so talking about the game after will be really good as you can pause to really provide your full plays. You could also explain how to counter certain decks or cards as it comes down to midladder because I know most of us aren't in high ladder lol.
Learn from watch his gameplay is enough...6 years ago i just average logbait player but after look up every logbait ryley video almost 1 1/2 years..my gameplay logbait more systematic, able still control in opponent pressure, and outplayed the opponent playstyle
@@itsme_aqilah119 Obviously, but Ryley asked us in this video to leave suggestions on how he can improve or what we would like to see in his new logbait guide.
Would really like to hear what are some bad plays to avoid in log bait guide. It would be good if you explain when you make some plays, what other plays are bad and how might the opponent punish that.
If you make another logbait guide, I think one disconnect btw u and us is how just by someone’s name u know what deck they’re running and make plays early that reflect that. Personally, I’d like to see some games where u play on your mini where you’re up against people u don’t know and have to play it where u learn as u go and u could walk us through that. Keep up the videos man I always enjoy them
Placements and timings would be great for the logbait guide. As well when to make certain plays in matchups- when do you go for a barrel or a rocket, when do princess in the back vs the bridge, etc
Replays would be really nice! I think they give more quality explainations ehen you can watch the replay pause and explain why you made certain decisions
Love the vid. For the guide can you do like: when to rocket cycle, where do you draw a line between defence and overcomitment, what do you do in this situation. Stuff like that
4:07 Your commentary, when playing the game, like in this video, is perfectly fine. You've helped me as a player and appreciate the game a whole lot more :)
I think i speak on behalf of all your subscribers when i say it would be preferable to see the logbait guide with replays and deep reasoning behind why you are doing what you're doing, even small things like why place a card somewhere and not somewhere else. also for matchups,i have classic log bait with inferno tower,no champions and evo knight and i feel like I can't really consistently beat that matchups,in most matchups I'm like 90% to 10% in ultimate champion but against Hog eq I'm like 40% 60% somehow💀
For the log bait breakdown video, could you go look at some old Clash with Ash videos where hed have like morten or sir tag or somebody else on for the breakdown and do something like that? Theyd do the live battle, then do some breakdowns of the replay, then the pro would coach ash for a few games
For the logbait guide I’d like if you explained more in general what to do in a machup instead of the specific game you’re playing, as well as not including games where your opponent played badly/you got lucky:)
please make a guide where you review replays of certain match ups you think hard counter logbait, or just meta decks in general and just go into depth about how your thinking process is when you face it
i feel like if you were to do a guide you should first start off with the cards you are using and why you use them (i.e goblin gang vs. guards or rocket vs. fireball, etc..) to explain the strengths and weaknesses of each card and how to play around them against different decks in the meta
Plz I want log bait guide, I want to learn which matchups I need to go opposite Side , when I shouldn't rocket and I want a game play vs recruites. 🙏🏻✨
4:12 I think commentary afterwards would be better so that you can more thoroughly explain everything you were doing and talking about how much elixir the opponent had and the reason you’re placing cards
So regarding the guide I did watch quite a bit of it, but what I'd like more is maybe against each matchup what should we keep in mind and then when u do a play against someone why u did it, going into more depth, and maybe like card interactions like okay against mega knight you can make these sort of moves if these are your available cards and so on
Logbait guide idea Play a game with commentary and general tips, but after, go back through a replay or at least the important plays or influencial moments more in depth in the replay. But it would be a lot more editing if you didnt want to show the full replay and only the important parts of the replay. But i think that would be crazy good for a guide
For the logbait guide, as a logbait player, i would really like live games with u explaining all ur toughts and valuations on the moment. Love the content keep It up ❤❤
for the guide it doesnt have to be one big video, you could make a couple 15 min videos on specific matchups showing different variations of decks. like a 15 min video on logbait vs all thr different gob giant decks
Yeah, have one suggestion for guide videos... Explain placements with either editing or show it properly... I think it is too much work, so i understand if you drop this idea. Also explain what you did in detail and why you did it, good experience for us
If you make a log bait guide, I’d like it if you paused the game once you figured out what deck the opponent was playing. And explained the general macro strategy vs that matchup. Ex: vs splash yard, you want to pressure lots in single elexir an always princess opposite lane, etc. As many things like that, that you can think of. Also if you wanted to pause and gas up your own plays and explain them too that’d be cool. And then do the same thing vs hog cycle, miner, e giant, hound, gob giant, and the other decks.
The respect lost after hearing "Spiderman 3 is my favorite spiderman movie" lmao. Like I would understand it being a favorite because of how funny bad it is, but to say it was because of Venom??? Lmaoooo.
for the guide i feel like you could be really inspired by oj's old vids where you explain macros as well as micros in general and for specific matchups. like for example the win conditions for different matchups, how to know that u have a good or bad matchup and general gameplans would help us out a lot
A log bait guide using replays so you can rewind and show the elixir while going in depth would be very helpful. I play splashyard personally but listening to pros talk about plays in any form will always help every player of any deck.
I find the video where you were couching someone to play logbait more of a guide and I really learnt a lot from there. Maybe try doing a video coaching a bad player (like Ian77 on voice call) on how to play logbait like a pro 🍷
I would like to hear a lot on how to play different matchups with logbait and how to outplay your opponents, and how to deal with hard counters like lava hound
I mean for me if you were to do a log bait guide, explain to us how to play early on in matches, I always accidentally over commit in single elixir and want to know how I should be playing to avoid that
Logbait guide with comments and strategy should be good, but with different matchup and game like RG splash, lava, hogex, against fireckracker deck, against xBow, against spam, miner decks, etc a big video with all of this, i know is hard but yeah, that's shoudl be great for us
I don't actually play this game, but have been watching Clash vids for years! I LOVE mirror and clone decks. If I actually had an account, I would probably only work on coming up with the best Clone strats. It's actually really dynamic, so a Clone pro would probably do very well!
hey ryley big fan of your playing style…..could u please tryout mirror version of pekka bridge spam . More precisely, pekka, mirror ,bandit ,log ,poison, tesla ,battle ram & fire cracker(evo)…
I don't think he has once used the 10 elixir card known as the "Goblinbarrelmirrorclone" in this video, and that's a crime considering the deck that he was playing.
I remember when clash was fun and you didn’t have to grind daily to upgrade one card so you could play normal matches and there was hope that you’d have all the cards upgraded eventually😂
batman is an avenger anyway about that logbait guide, games with different matchups like giantgy, lavaloon, egiant, just different matchups could be shown and maybe pausing during the games to explain why you play a card when and where you play it would be nice ps: you and Ian are my favourite CR ytbers ryley! Ian is the emotional player while you're the rational one
An other interesting idea is to have a subscriber playing logbait against you (you run any other deck) and explain why he is making the right/wrong decisions
Hi Ryley! It would be nice if in your top ladder videos you just pause and comment your plays, how are you counting elixir or when to just not do any move due to a bad hand… Keep up the work you’re awesome!!
