Oh I love you ladies!! ❤😊 seeing your faces made me smile!!
Oh my gosh, it's so great to hear from you. We miss you!
❤ You Girls 😂
That BOO ghosties piece will make a perfect needle book! Just whip stitch the frayed edge or maybe E6000 glue it to some backing fabric ?
Great first floss tube ladies! I cracked up over the fair fiasco 😂. I say never change it. I’d love to see your crochet and quilt projects too! Until next time, blessings from Crystal in Golden Colorado.
Ooh, we LOVE Colorado! No worries, the fair piece is staying as is.
Awesome first video, you guys just make me smile, thank you ❤❤
@robinwatson6651 thank you so much 😊
Love you two, you really made me smile. I am looking forward to more from you both and Tasha your bags are beautiful.
Thank you ☺️
I am dying...laughing out loud! You girls are hilarious! Your entry into the fair was priceless...it makes me so happy that you are hanging that up as is! .Love your sense of humor! Can't wait for your next video! Welcome to flosstube...you nailed it!
I"m a fan,
Carmen from Fargo
Thank you so much!!
So happy to be one of your early subscribers, I had a stupid grin on my face the whole time. Your channel is gonna take off and I'm looking forward to all future shenanigans.
Yay, Kim for the win, an OG subscriber!
Great job ladies, you put a smile on my face.
The word your are looking for is the " Model." Eg The store had a "model" made of the pattern or new design.
Hahaha 😆 😂 😆, oh my gosh, 'model,' THAT'S IT, that's definitely the word we were looking for! Thank you!!!
You both are so much fun! I have also been lacking on flosstube and books due to the Daybell trial. Happy to meet you both especially another Tasha! Happy stitching! ❤❤❤
🥰🥰🥰
You two are sooo Adorable Love all your projects Looking forward to more videos . TYFS (Pauline S)
Thank you so much!
welcome to flosstube 🪡💕
Thank you
You guys are so funny! I just wanted to say, you don't have to use that clear fishing line floss to bead. You can use dmc floss and it is so much easier. You can match the floss to your bead color or to your fabric color. Beading is slow going, but so worth it! Also get a sticky bob for the beads. That helps keep your beads from moving around and easier to pick up the beads.
I love these tips! I may actually give beading another try!
❤❤❤
O my gosh... we have soo much in common... I loved your video. I'm going to watch the others too. You two are too cute and have fun together and it's fun to watch! It was soo fun meeting you guys...altho you probably thought I was stalking your booth 😅. We should meet up sometime and stitch for a few hours and have lunch or something.
That would be awesome, we loved having you and your family members at the booth!
I am so happy the 2 of you popped on my recommendations. I loved watching the both of you and seeing all your projects....old and new! Your Santa fair piece is a treasure! I love love loved the story! It will live on for years to come.
Looking forward to watching many many more from you!
Thank you so much!
Loved your video. That Santa piece is amazing. Always hold on to it to show that anything is post if you keep at it. Good notes is an app you can use to upload pictures of patterns into . It is awesome. I use it all the time. You can zoom in and mark off what you have done. It doesn’t count stitches but that is ok. Looking forward to your next video.
Oooo, that is good to know, I’m sure it will be so much better than trying to chart things out in excel. 😉
I absolutely LOVE you gals! You made me smile and giggle the entire video. Thank you for beginning this journey and allowing me to join in. Looking forward to your next episode.
Late to the party but this was the absolute most fun FlossTube ever! Sign me up to be a sloppy sister😊
You're not late. You're right on time!
We're uploading our next video now 😊
I think I never had such a good time while watching a flosstube video. You two are hilarious! Welcome to Flosstube.
You ladies are absolutely hysterical. Thank you so much for doing this realistic yet fun and funny fIoss tube - cannot wait to see more.
Oh, thank you!
I just discovered you today and my comments will be repetitive as everyone else has said all of the things that went through my mind as I, literally, laughed out loud watching!! As I was learning I’d always say ‘good from afar…but far from good’🤣 My early works are, well, sloppy! Your dynamic is fantastic and I look forward to future videos!
Hahaha, I love that. 'Good from far, but far from good' that really does sum up our experience!
Oh. My. Gosh! You two are absolutely hysterical. Love it!! Fantastic entry into the world of Flosstube.
Thank you so much. It's not as easy as most flosstubers make it look!
bears and ducks - me, too! 🤔
Loved your video with all your finishes, WIPs, and background on your stitching! Looking forward to your next video!
I giggled right alone with y'all then just said 'wow' at your choices of designs to create, full coverage, go girls!!! So Toshia, you have a career involving music? And so creative with your sewing and creating your bags! Shae, your being so brave to enter your Santa in the fair competition, I love that story!!! Oh, your sharing was in the correct order, can't wait now for a couple of months for your next video.
Thanks Judith! Though very musically gifted, it's not something she does professionally :)
The two of you are so funny. I have only been stitching for 6 months and I love seeing I am not the only one figuring things out.
You two are so much fun. I am looking forward to many more fun videos!!!
Oh my gosh, you two crack me up! The textured Santa, the uniquely framed finish…. Can’t wait for your next video!
😂 hahaha, only blue ribbon quality here
O M GGGGG this has to have been THE most chaotic floss tube I’ve ever watched in the most delightful and hilarious way. You two are absolutely going to skyrocket to my top 5 fav flosstubers. Well done, I’ve not laughed and smiled this much watching FT in a long while. Thank you!!!!
Hahaha, thank you so much, we really have been touched by all of the support.
You ladies crack me up. Great job. Funny that you were halfway through when you introduced yourself. You are doing some massive pieces. Enjoyed the video.
LOVED your video!! I hope you do many more videos. I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time. So nice to add humor with cross stitching.
Thank you!
This was such a fun video! Thank you! Tasha, your bags are beautiful...do you sell them because I want one(or more...)!
She's not confident enough to put them on etsy. Though she is looking into putting the pattern there and we may use some in future giveaways 😊
@@SloppyStitchinSisters it's pretty much how I feel about the bags I make. I give them to friends and tell them not to look at the stitching...lol!
You two are so cute!! You had me laughing so hard!! You seem like you always have a lot of fun!! Congratulations on your first FlossTube!! I say you both are a success!! Looking forward to seeing more!! Have a great weekend and a Happy Mother’s Day!! 🥰💙
Thank you! You too!
I am so glad I stumbled upon you two. So much fun & lovely stitching
I finished my flag & I hated working on it
That was my cough syrup project as Steph of Lindy Stitches calls it
Mine is framed & on the wall so I kinda of enjoy it but I did not enjoy it
Right!? I'm so glad I'm not alone. So many people are stitching it, you would think it would be so fun. Nope, it just looks great. How exciting that you finished yours, I cannot wait for that day 😀
It's such an awesome video !!!! Looking toward to more... stash heavy progress small ... I am also part of that group !!!
Welcome aboard!
Great flosstube ❤ loved it, just so funny and easy to relate to 😂 look forward to seeing you again 🪡🧵🪡
Thank you, we're so glad others are relating to our experiences 😂
Love you two so much! Can’t wait to see more!
This was fantastic! Welcome to the Flosstube world, so glad you’ve decided to share your lives with us! 😅💕💕💕
Thank you!! 😊
I came, I watched, I've subscribed. You two are a hoot.
Welcome to flosstube! You ladies cracked me up, love it. Can't wait till next time. Great first video!
Thank you so much
Welcome to Flosstube, and congrats on your first video! Looking forward to future updates ❤
Thank you!! 😊
I've found my clan! I had to teach myself and I still make my x's from top left to bottom right and top right to bottom left. Someone in my stitching group asked me if I was left handed. Lol! Your farming skills are stellar! Never reframe Santa, that's his home! I love the laughter because it's real life and I love seeing you laugh so much that I had to join you. I started cross stitching before people used qsnaps or frames to stitch in. I still would rather stitch in hand. Congratulations 🎉 on your new channel! Happy Stitching from Kari St.Clair- Springfield, Missouri
Yep, you are definitely our people! ❤
Such an amazing fun video! Welcome to flosstube ladies 🪡 I can't wait for your next videos.
Girls,
I love your banter and your transparency in showing all your WIPS and FFOs (especially the ones that are not “perfect” but still tell the story).
Toshia , is there a pattern or a tutorial that you followed for your bags? I work from bobbins and am working on a kit that has 57 colors. Working out of a ziplock bag is just irritating me.
Shae, I too am watching the Chad Daybell trial and am following it on East Idaho News with Nate Eaton.
I, too stitched Precious Moments charts and have a few that are FFOd but also some that are just finished. And all the Bears, yes, just about every chart was that with a bear.
You are so sweet, I didn’t follow a pattern, I just kind of made it up as I went. But I would be more than happy to show you how I made them. And if you’d like me to make you one we could, I’m about as good as seamstress, as I am cross stitcher if that means anything. Which means the lines aren’t all straight, but they’re straight enough for me!
@@SloppyStitchinSisters I am a good seamstress and can copy just about anything, just show them next time a little slower so “we” can see “all the features”. I am thinking about coming up with some sort of folio bag that also has a separating zipper in the middle vertical seam to add a “bobbin” page for the kits that have more than 60 colors or to add smaller vinyl pockets for a thread bed and scissors
What a fun video keep it up. Precious moments were once the thing to stitch. I wish I still had my first one, I do not know what happened to it.
Loved your first attempt here ladies! I hit the subscribe button 4 seconds into this video! Funny as hell and very personable! I hope you will post again! Your laughter is crazy contagious! Ricky
Wow, thank you! We definitely plan on sticking around and posting more.
So much fun!! Ladies, thank you so much for sharing your time and your joy with us. I thoroughly enjoyed this visit.
I'm sure many stitchers will agree when I tell you that I need to purchase one of those amazing bags. Any chance they will be in your etsy shop? 🤞
Thank you so much for sharing your time with us ❤
Welcome to flosstube, looking forward to watching your videos.
Thank you! 😊
I have to say I know next to nothing about everything you’re talking about but was thoroughly entertained nonetheless. 😂 You two are so fun!
Awe, thanks Cara...I guess we missed mentioning sister #5!
You guys are hilarious! Love the projects, especially the Santa that took grand prize at the fair. Love the project bags. Your design or purchased pattern?
Thank you. The bags are all Toshia’s design, she's clever like that. We'll show them more closely on our next video :)
Omg you girls had me laughing so hard!
Question: I have never used the gridded Aida. Is it for full coverage only or will the lines wash out?
I think it's primarily used for full coverage, but it is supposed to wash out with warm water and soap.
Remember girls, buying stitching supplies is a totally separate hobby from actually stitching them.
Love your first flosstube video. Everything shows correctly nothing is backwards. Have been looking for The last stitch cemetery. Where did you find it? Looking forward to more videos.
We got it from a local shop that has closed. It was about a year ago, and even then, it was on back order. I couldn't find anyone with it in stock using a quick Google search 😢.
@SloppyStitchinSisters Thanks I'll keep looking. Can't wait for next video.
It’s not backwards
