Wish I was in your state you have amazing deals at your shop
Assuming the labor to put out the pallet items is also less than the labor needed to get storage locker items on the floor to sell.
It is much less labor intensive because the ones I'm buying are pretty much one single item so there is no sorting involved.
Buying mixed pallets can get pretty labor intensive though having to sort through and clean and test items.
Still haven't learned how to use a camera .. ..

Are you not worried about the outdoor products getting stolen?
The racks they are on have wheels and we rolled them in at night. As far as during the day our register is right near the front door so we're fairly close to those items and can watch them.

Does the stuff out front draw people into the store?
I think it does and it just gives us more space for inventory. Some items like the paper towels people come specifically for. Also when someone that hasn't been here before drives up and sees the racks of stuff out front it's kind of let them know we have a lot of stuff.
