Time to say good bye (and thank you) to the year that has passed. Whether it was an abundant one, a challenging one, or a transformative one - 2022 was another one for the books. But I am SO EXCITED to ring in the new year!

- Gut healthy foods (I have UC)
- Positive, self-help books
- Travel

@@MagsBujalski of course! I believe I found you by looking up ways to quit coffee. I have anxiety and ulcerative colitis so it’s not good for me, but hard to break the addiction. 🙃
