Hi Sarah, That's one of the biggest issue with using Midjourney as a consistent professional tool. The best way to achieve a similar style across multiple image generations is to use a reference image in your prompt and try using the same seed number across multiple prompts (IE --seed 12,345). This is still an experimental approach, so if you looking for more consistency I would recommend other programs that use ControlNet with reference images.
