Epic Chores - Taking out the Compost

I thought I would try and take something super dull (like taking out the compost) and make it as epic as possible. This is the result.
If you guys like this video I will make an epic dish washing video in the next week or two.

have you ever tried twixtor, it actually works like a high speed camera, not to the lengths a real high speed camera does, but he also says he uses After effects and twixtor, and twixtors only purpose is to slow down video. Also im pretty sure he doesnt have any other video saying or showing a high speed camera, noone would buy a close to a $100000 camera and put up 1 video with it :)
