My wp pump jumps like 1.5 bar every time I pump so it won’t allow precision and when I release pressure it drops like 2 bars is it a defect? Idk what to do
Standard CR2032 3 volt coin battery. The pump comes with a tiny Allen wrench you need to remove the cover to get at the display and it's rear battery port.
So basically WP XACT forks with AER technology have damping functions on the right side and air on the left, i understand the left side(air side) but is the damping side like coil fork or is it just damper, spring, oil or is it damper and air or something?
How is there any consistency between the two forks if you take both forks off and push them down at the same time I bet you they will not rise the same could someone please explain why this would be good . Also a lot of your pro riders are going back to conventional spring set up and why is this. Well because they are consistent and more predictable. Am I close here
Omg thank you for the simplicity on the video , helped out alot.
Amazing simple video that explains everything , well done.
Inflate forks must be done in a central stand with front wheel lifted form the ground?
Make sure you’re .2 bar over your desired pressure I’ve tested it multiple times and you definitely loose air when unscrewing
Hey, I have gasgas mc 250 f. And my fork got uot of air, so i putted some air in it and I testet it but it was bit lower. What should I do ?
Thank you SO much for this video
What size allen wrench do i use to open the bolts of the air fork pump? I have the same one and need to change the battery

I had the same issue, the pumps seals wear out over time reducing the power of each pump, Just well made.
How am I meant to know how much air pressure to run ?
There is a chart you can find online, search for KTM WP air fork settings chart.
Does anyone know which direction I need to adjust the rebound screw to increase rebound? My xact aer forks don't show a +/- per direction
Clockwise for more dampening, counterclockwise for less dampening
Fantastic video thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Great vid guys
Was it on a stand
Was a fat guy sitting on it
When I take off my air hose the bike leaks air then the air come out how do I fix?
you ever figure this out? got the same issue going on with my 125
thank u bro
Is it normal to be able to compress the right (dampening) fork fully with my hands when the fork is fully removed from my ktm?
Yes
Is anyone know. If the battery on the wp pump is replaceable?
amit amit it is

Ok I got it now !! Time to Go Pro 😂
Use a T piece and then one is 100% sure the pressures are equal in both
where can you get the air valve extension?
Works Connection

Spring and oil
What’s the point of the bleed after you set the pressure? Or are you just showing how to bleed it if you are looking to lower your pressure
Yea I’m confused
The left leg (port/brake side) contains between 200 and 240 ml of oil, it's not just air.

Yo that's what im saying, why are they different I don’t get it
They’re tied together via the front wheel and axle.
The pump that comes with the KTM's absolutely sucks
