I remember my first time riding JR 205 about 10 years ago. It was truly such a massive improvements for the train running in Jakarta and its suburbs. I hope KAIC soon got a new trainset to match its demand. Too bad the E217 was rejected, I was really looking forward to it.

Yeah I think unless ur taking the express from taroko or above the regular tse chiang push pull can still feel dirty due to it emitting diesel which is atleast getting replaced by the newer tse chiang which are quite clean. But the regular commuters don’t feel as clean as the express trains

We have already revolutionized the citizen mentality in short period of time (only in 3 years, it's pretty much like Bangladesh back then), now no more roof surfer, no more illegal passanger, no more illegal food sellers in the train, no more stinky animal, etc. It's already huge achievement for us. Revolutioning people mentality are harder but often overlooked. A country can build this and that, but often they barely maintaining it, so sometimes it's look dirty, not well maintained. I hope we can extend the hsr line and metro gradually.

Currently The inka are in collaboration between j-trec, new car will introduced in 2025(inka x j-trec), for interim however.. we want buy new 3ts from japan..(this is another program)but what making me concern is.. KAI is really have a long time choosing what's need to be imported... I myself don't have such a problem if just imported the e235(without modifying it), but maybe kai have some specifications.. Actually, why Indonesia no longer wants to import used Japanese trains is because according to the Indonesian government the price is too expensive and it is better to buy new trains.That's why the Indonesian government is now ordering locally made trains. Until now, the Indonesian government is still collaborating with the Japanese in building the metro line in Jakarta.
As an Indonesian , it would be wise that Japanese firms and INKA ( Like Staedler of Switzerland) , jointly built a train manufacturing plant and MRO facility for future replacements of the older train ( like you do for the ICE cars and bikes) . Yes China , South Korea, Germany , France, Canada are very eager to get a piece of the action in rail based transportation from HSR, MRT, LRT, Monorail, Trams , Commuter and logistic lines...and yes China is the most aggressive...I do hope Japan is " sensitive" enough to know our aspiration as well. We handed Japan for MRT phase 1, 2 and 3 for greater Jakarta as well as future Surabaya MRT. Our capital is moving from Jakarta to Nusantara , East Borneo this coming August 2024. It high tme for Japan to take actions if they do not want to overtaken by China and others. 🙏✌️👍 PS even Japanese JPop artists are still popular here such as Yoasobi , Fujii Kaze etc against non stop bombardments of Kpop 😂😂😂😂
Maybe if Japan allows transfer of knowledge/technology to the Indonesian technician and provide us with the spare parts needed, we may be able to do the maintenance without cannibalizing other units and keep the trains available for longer time. If Japanese allow us to make spare parts here in Indonesia and make factory here, it would be really much appreciated.
That's right, Indonesia is planning to purchase 3 trainsets from China, retrofit 19 used Japanese trainsets and make 14 trainsets from local manufacturers which will operate in early 2025

2023年6月去印尼爪哇旅遊了一趟,印尼的軌道交通做得很不錯,另外也有坐一段日惹到泗水的城際列車,也是乾淨舒適,速度也挺快的

問題就在於日本沒有製造符合台灣25KV交流電的通勤電聯車,除非修改車上機電系統,目前日本的交流電通勤電車,規格與台灣最接近的,大概只有JR九州的813系。

13:01 日本目前已經沒有生產205系,不過要是日本點頭的話,重啟生產線也不是不可能,日本目前還是有一定數量的205系在跑,不然就是209系拿去用。E217是15節編組,抽掉GREEN CAR也還有13輛。

211系的傳動系統與205系基本上相同,一樣用MT61,亦同樣是「界磁添加勵磁制御」,只有傳動比不同
而E217系的傳動系統亦非原來那套,已更新為IGBT
因此JR東可考慮把高崎、長野、松本的211系,跟E217系交換傳動系統
把211系魔改為IGBT繼續服役,而賣到印尼的E217系則配備跟205基本上相同的傳動方式,方便印尼方面維修
(如果三地的211系不足,可以向小氣東海買入退役的211系,作為魔改的零件車使用)
或者直接把211賣給印尼也可以
小氣東海就是不賣
之前在ig 上有看到大量JR205系電聯車退役之後都往印尼那邊送,所以現在在印尼可以常看到JR 205系
除此之外,JR 103系電聯車、東急不鏽鋼系列電聯車也可在印尼看到。不過103可能已經退役了

雅加達也像是經濟起飛時期該有的樣子, 建設很拼, 電力吃緊, 狀況百出, 列車的準點率也還不行.
車站硬體對不上列車也是另一個爆點, 動不動就是列車比月台長的情況, 或是要架樓梯讓矮月台比較方便上車.
北美的傳統鐵路, 其客運也多半是低月台, 因此客車會把樓梯做低一些, 甚至有內建電動梯.
(想像成是自備登機梯的飛機, 變成列車用的版本.)
包括C路權鐵路, 上車梯也是特別設計過的.
中間還嚴重乳滑, 我相信地上會出現一堆碎玻璃了.

4:20這列車車輪失圓的聲音就跟台鐵很像🤣,4:32車長的行車規範也跟日本一樣在列車進出站時需要探頭確認月台安全並都須戴白手套值勤,不知道為何同樣是日系出來的台鐵會廢掉這項規則跟廢掉戴白手套的規定,好奇日本的車輛能直接給台鐵用嗎?我認為當初EMU900最好的選擇是新造的E233系或是E235系,能加減邊運用靈活還有台鐵區間跟區間快很需要的綠車配置,只是機電可能要改一下讓運轉時速能上130,就跟EMU900一樣設計最高速140然後運轉最高速130
台鐵的電源規格太特殊了(25KV交流), 所以沒辦法跟日本買中古車來用, 電系都要重新設計過(日本是20KV交流或15KV直流)
我記得小時候好像在吵EMU400車輛不足的那陣子在報紙上看過有議員還是國代有提過買中古車的事情, 也是電源規格無法通用而沒成案
反正整個很可惜啦, 軟硬體都幾乎跟日本一樣了就是那個電的問題

其實日本在戰後就已經積極發展動力分散式車種, 台鐵大概是因為美援系統的關係所以在EMU400之前的幾十年間都還是電頭柴頭拖車廂在跑
我個人是覺得台鐵可能以前錯過了把電源系統整個打掉重鍊的機會, 所以至今只能用貴貴的價格去特製25KV交流這種奇葩規格的車, 就是個錢坑

不符成本, 表面上看起來可能換幾個底盤的控制箱, 儀表板挖掉換成台鐵通用型就好, 但其實牽一髮動全身, 台灣也無法自己生產關鍵零件所以也不能跟日本一樣搞大規模的魔改造,
可能光是電腦重寫就可以耗上大量的人力物力了, 這狀態之下加上車子的剩餘壽命, 買新的還比較划算
太魯閣號就是885系車身裝台規電系來的例子, 還有一個原因是日本不太可能把他們最新車款同步賣給我們(E2新幹線車子賣給對面就被抄去搞出CRH380A了)
太魯閣號後來也是因為885系模具退役了沒辦法繼續增購才又弄了普悠瑪號, 當然這其中關係到台灣的採購法規, 水也很深所以事情沒那麼簡單
要不是以上諸多原因不然我真的認為以前在中央線跑的E257系其實最適合拿來當自強號這一車種, 外觀方正帥氣, 漆成米白茶色甚至警戒色也很高雅

Currently The inka are in collaboration between j-trec, new car will introduced in 2025(inka x j-trec), for interim however.. we want buy new 3ts from japan..(this is another program)but what making me concern is.. KAI is really have a long time choosing what's need to be imported... I myself don't have such a problem if just imported the e235(without modifying it), but maybe kai have some specifications..
But what i meant is.. they promise to make it fast.., as when i thought its already settled (importing japan ts), i was slapped by the fact that KAI still not made up their mind, they're still choosing what's more benefits them(last time i heard they opened tender again), in the bottom of my heart i was hoping they're pretending to open tender again but already have the contract winner and already in production silencely without another competitors even knowing.., but what if its not then.., there's no point calling it an interim new trainset if its arrive here in 2025..(coz it will be arrive here while inka x j-trec product are introduced in the same time..), we need to be a sarden in can for one more year.., i know most competitors have amazingly fast time build so it can arrive here near october or something before 2025, but still if it arrives in 2025 there's no point calling it an interim..,
another hope is i want that retrofit train is not taking too long to be re conditioned, atleast 7 months for the 1 or 2 first ts

全新日本製的列車,品質優穩定耐用,但缺點就是貴,哈哈哈,尤其日本人有一個特性。二手車可撐一段時間,後續維修保養很重要,包含零件取得和費用⋯⋯等問題。
月台高度,跟車輛地板高度很難配合,各國列車高度不一,尤其買二手車,除非買新車特別量身訂製打造。
日本人不會強求你買他們的東西,要就買,嫌貴不買就算了,他們就是有實力。

24:51 "at that moment, a tragedy occured. rear carriages are out of platform" 😂😂😂😂 it's actually quite happening a lot of time in KRL in jakarta. because sometimes the stations isnt that large, so the platform too is short. thats why usually the conductor would announce it on speaker for the passanger to move to ths front carriages if they want to leave the train

As an Indonesian , it would be wise that Japanese firms and INKA ( Like Staedler of Switzerland) , jointly built a train manufacturing plant and MRO facility for future replacements of the older train ( like you do for the ICE cars and bikes) . Yes China , South Korea, Germany , France, Canada are very eager to get a piece of the action in rail based transportation from HSR, MRT, LRT, Monorail, Trams , Commuter and logistic lines...and yes China is the most aggressive...I do hope Japan is " sensitive" enough to know our aspiration as well. We handed Japan for MRT phase 1, 2 and 3 for greater Jakarta as well as future Surabaya MRT. Our capital is moving from Jakarta to Nusantara , East Borneo this coming August 2024. It high tme for Japan to take actions if they do not want to overtaken by China and others. 🙏✌️👍 PS even Japanese JPop artists are still popular here such as Yoasobi , Fujii Kaze etc against non stop bombardments of Kpop 😂😂😂😂

The government of Indonesia is providing services for its people. I think the Indonesian government is doing great. Never mind the source of trains. Compare to some in the developed countries these trains are better.
Here we are happy with used items from Japan and the west particularly since Indonesians perhaps are not worth deserving anything new in the eyes of our leaders. But, at least we still have the goods 😅. Thank you dear government, we love used trains, used buses, used planes and used fighter jets 🎉.

13:00 or you can teach us. train import is one big issue that often get talked at the legislation. because Indonesia has this rather-dumb-and-wishful Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (Domestically-made Components Rate) rule.
I know our local company themselves are trying to make something similar to 205... but it's not as reliable and takes longer (and in general more expensive) than 205 yet.
So yeah, help will be very appreciated.
