WOW Laura I’ve never seen daff or tulip bulbs that huge!!!! 20 years ago I planted beautiful white daffy in a garden bed 15 feet long and 4feet wide, 20 years later you can’t even see the soil and mulch around them. It’s pretty full to say the least🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️
Wait....I saw you fill this bed out last week. when you out and about are you making vids for multiple platforms at the same time. I wish i had the energy and the ability to that.
I don’t have much experience with bulbs and I’m wanting to learn more. After plantings you need to water them? If so how often and how much water do they need?
Honestly doesn't really matter how you plant them, the depth is way more important. Sure they grow in that direction but they really adapt and their stems will grow vertically no matter the direction you plant them. Not wrong tho, but if you can't tell the up and down just plant them horizontally and theyll be just fine. Do more research on depth cause that can really fuck up all your work for some species.
💚 💜 Hi Laura, 👋 your fairytale image looks amazing and coming together just perfect. I know your mind is second guessing but no need to its all just great and there's no mistakes in gardening 😆 !!! Love them trees! 💕 have a great day Laura and Aaron!!
Laura- I bought a bearded iris bulb and the instructions said to plant it with the top of the bulb showing above the soil level. Now I’m thinking I planted it too raised. Eeek!
No your instructions are correct. Iris aren't bulbs, they're rhizomes. The rhizome must be out of the soil enough to where the sun can hit the actual rhizome. Every bulb, corm, rhizome, tuber os different...
It depends on the bulb. Some bulbs have to be planted in the fall, because they require a cold period during the winter, & some do best planted in tue spring because they either won't survive the freezing temps in winter, or they just don't require them...
However, ColorBlends instructions say it doesn’t matter which end is up, the plant will find its way up. Commercial growers use automation that drops them in the ground and however they land is how they’re covered up and grown.

If you have a weird bulb and can't tell where the top is, they will almost always find the way upright. So when in doubt plant sideways.
Cant wait to see how this looks in the spring !
I planted lots of tulips, and a few peony roots! So excited to see the tulips in the spring! Blessings from Ontario Canada ❤️🙏🇨🇦
I never miss any of your videos but these shorts are super cool, thanks!
Laura Laura💕
So pls send this blubs

You can water when planting but none after that. If 5he soil is moist I wouldn’t water them. If they are too wet they will rot.
Do you ever have an issue with rabbits or other field rodents eating your tulips in the ground?
Yes!! That’s what I wanted to ask as well. I have little critters upending all of my bulbs . Does anyone have any hints or helps?
Hi, Laura 👋. Can’t wait to see Spring!
How far apart should you space them? 😊
there's really no rule with these!! At least 2in apart if you don't want them on top of eachother
Spacing them close together always looks better, I think. A tiny clump crowded together looks better than 10 or even 50 spaced really far apart.
No rules 😊
How are you preparing for thanksgiving
@@murraywyatt4799 Thanksgiving was back in October for us! :)
@@MyFocusVaries oh that’s amazing, where are you from please.
What would you like to talk to me ?
Yesterday I couldn’t reply to you ?
Very nice
I am not human, I'm just a plant, I changed my shape to live among humans as a normal girl. But in fact I am a plant

Good morning
@Laura! Help! when the bulb has started to sprout, do you keep the sprout under the soil or leave it out of the top of the soil?
So what happens when you take the bulb apart?
she looks like kylie without surgery😂
how long did it take to plant all those bulbs omg
Are you talking to your mom and dad Laura? LoL 😂
Super cute girl 💞 Laura
I always do it wrong!
Nice
The first time I planted bulbs, I planted them pointed side down, lol. Oh, what I have learned in 35 years. 😀
Please send me your feedback name

What’s the best time of year to plant bulbs? I’m in zone 9a
