Aah I love the Scud Storm. Sending these babies in the air and give the AI hell. Good idea to use the palace as protection and the Scudlauncher to spam launching as a defence.
You can deactivate "retaliation" in the options menu. Then your units will do nothing unless you give them the order (they will not even fire back at enemy units when they are attacked).

I realize that without having to rely on power, makes GLA really strong

I love GLA, their vehicles can be upgraded with scavenger ability...my favorite is Quad Cannon, Technical & rocket buggy

Hey, do you know how to keep units stationary? My units would not stay in the same spot while attacking.
