Nd 2nd thing whenever there is a graph, at y axis we take that variable whose value gonna change on changing the value of variable on x axis. Here we are looking for how the muscle gain will vary on changing volume so volume should have be on x and muscle gain on y axis.
Brother I have a problem .. mai 3 year se gym kr rha hu body kafi achi bnn gyi hai 3 year me par pta nhi 6 months se mujhe Body dysmorphia hone lga hai .. sara din mind me bas yahi chalta rehta hai aur jab mirror me dekhta hu to har time esa lgta hai muscles loose hogye or fir demotivate feel krta hu . Abhi thode time se hi ye sab hone lga hai mere sath pehla sab kuch normal tha ... Mai apki har video dekhta hu aur comment bhi krta hu app mere comment ka reply bhi krte ho to socha apni es problem ko apko bta deta hu .
