He calls her „Liebchen“ and it‘s like derived „Liebe“ (= love) and also whenever you‘re referring to something small or sweet or cute you add „chen“ (you also do this with names or at least Germans used to back in the day; i.e. my name is Jasmin and my grandma calls me Jasminchen). So yeah this was awesome, I LOVED that detail. And I think (??) that old George called her Liebchen in S1 or S2?? I could be wrong tho.
