The major random number "Lottery" system is ran via computer algorithms. It's all rigged all the way down to the scratch off tickets. It's "Hope" that keeps people buying the crap. Hell regarding the scratch offs they already know where the winning tickets are being shipped to before they leave the print shop. Notice you've NEVER seen multi million or billion dollar tickets sold in any "hood" nationwide even though they are FULL of corner stores in neighborhoods where people play lottery almost religiously.
