sun screen the sun is not your friend always check for changes in moles especially if one gets irratated on a edge of clothes or bumped to bleed take it off without waiting its dangerous the pain is unbelievable if you get melanoma for everyone in family the tiny pain of 1 stich is nothing the first surgery patty had was 300 stiches 50 staples visible i asked surgeon how many stiches he said you only see about 20 percent of them most are inside plus unable to walk 3 years but only lived 4 years like most people that get it 95 percent but 95 percent live if got when a mole and not spread yet as soon as it goes to a lymph node 95 percent die in 5 years of hell please everyone be aware of changes in moles
