I’m so glad I found this video! Next year (2024) we are going to make a potion cabinet for our home Halloween Haunt for our witch display , and these will be the perfect inspiration for that. I have been saving interesting bottles for years. It’s a project I can work on throughout the winter (I’m in the US, so soon it will be winter.) Thank you for your videos. I just love them! ❤❤
I am really glad you don’t speed things up. I would rather have a longer video and see things in real time. 🙂 I absolutely loved this video. Such fun! 🤩 Thank you for all you share. 😊🙏
They are all amazing! Cant pick a favorite. Yes to potions. Yes to more collabs. Hell yes to new merch!!!!!!! Another great video! And 46 minutes is my jam. 😉
Bless your heart, truly! I'm only half way thru, but was laughing and relieved to finally hear someone admit, "seriously, this is a lot harder than it looks..." thanks for that acknowledgement! It seems every time I try to recreate someone's awesome idea (thx for sharing!), the creators act like it's so easy. Thx for sharing that insight. Today is my potion bottle filling and decorating day and your video is awesome!
Glad you enjoyed it! Editing makes it look easy, but trust me: It's definitely trial and error behind the scenes! I'm working on a HP Ornament series at the moment (starts October) and I definitely have to try out my ideas before I film them! I hope your potions turned out amazing!
Wizardry Workshop and Darkest Raven, I will be taking a little of both of your design as I try to create my own potions. Thank you both for the inspiration. Danny glad your move is done and you hit the ground running. Thanks for the fun videos. Judith Hodges
I believe if you used a tight woven fabric for the belch powder instead of a plastic baggie it might make it look more natural. I love this potion making, It's very intriguing to me.
AAAH these are some of my favorite things I've seen you make, and that's saying a lot! But you know me and potion bottles, haha. I think the polyjuice potion is my favorite, I just love the shape of the bottle and the color of the potion, but the wolfsbane aconite is a close second. They're all amazing though!
Your bottle selection was perfect for potions. I love the yellow glass bottle. This was fun. I can see doing this on a kid level at a Harry Potter themed birthday party.
Love your versions of the potions. I've made 3 of them using Cooking and Craft Chick's channel. Really like the effect the mica gives. All the best from Missouri.
47:01 I recognize that wax seal, its from the supernatural series. Highly recommend watching alongside the Harry Potter movies. LOVE these potions, definitely a to-do for the future!
Absolutely loved this! Especially seeing you and him both create from the same labels - the similarities as well as the differences were really interesting to see.
What a coincidence - I've just been planning to try sealing wax on my projects😃 And thanks for an arthack with hot glue and wax crayons. Such a lot of great ideas, Chantal! Love your art❤
What you said about what you’d think the general bottles sizes would be in shops were interesting! But the smaller portions of potions always made sense to me. Maybe cause I’m a og charmed fan, but I’m sure true potions take time to make even with some of the rarest ingredients and immense power! The tiny viles made more sense to me. Especially in a shop/store out of all places. But for aesthetics and shelf decor, the bigger bottles are def smart
Oh these are definitely for aesthetics. I did create a potion making kit and portable potion kit with smaller bottles and individual ingredients. ua-cam.com/video/8EO47ULbu4Y/v-deo.htmlsi=auPas5w7TKt7dh41 ua-cam.com/video/vdyTaLpx9bY/v-deo.htmlsi=PB9nKNo3XKVvc4z4
Oh my goodness, where to begin?! This collaboration is fantastic. Both interpretations are really cool. I can’t decide which potion I love best-Pepper Up, Elixer or Wolfsbane. Danny is so extra with the beautiful gold foiling 🤩✨
I love the potions!!!!!! Cooking and craft chick has some cool ingredients for potion effects, your bottles are much cooler!!! She’s got a mixture that creates frost on the bottle.
This is sooooo good....I got loads of new ideas for making my own potion bottles in a *affordable way*...Thank you, and please do make more potion bottles in future too .❤️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Completely Awesome!!! Love the longer videos, love colabs, love what you made!!! I can't pick a favorite because they are all so different from each other, and together they make a cohesive tabloue.
I've been a Harry Potter fan from the beginning. I was there as soon as the books were released. But I have to admit that I don't have any prompts for Harry Potter yet. There are items saved on my computer waiting for me to find the time to make them. The potion bottles really intrigue me so I will be on the look out for interesting bottles.
Amazing! Love your potion bottles and your potion creations, it was my cheer up video for today. Thank you!!!!! Beautiful labels 🏷 too. I loved this video, please do more in the future ❤️🔥 I absolutely love the Wolfsbane Jar 🏺
This was an amazing video! I liked the music you added too! My favorite potion bottle you designed was the graphorn powder, all the colors matched well and I want that on my shelf
That was a blast, loved them all. (Have to admit, though, that I was hoping for the Pepperup to turn pink 🙄) I’m sure we’d all like to see more potions, more collabs, more everything. Extra bonus that it was a long video 👍🏼
I found your videos through Danny at Wizardry Workshop and Wow! Such an inspiration. This is such an amazing collaberation by both of you that I have been inspired to overhaul my spice, herb and oil bottles with labels like these. Your videos are so good, thank you so much for sharing and creating. x💜
AWESOME !!! Wow amazing potions ;) Loved the clawed up label the twine the colours !!! EVERYTHING !!! ;) Thanks so much for sharing and hopefully doing some more ;D
This is absolutely incredible! Well done Chantal 🙌🙌🙌. Each bottle has it’s own vibe and perfectly matches the potion/powder inside. Danny’s bottles are also stunning and this was quite the collab! 💜
This is just amazing. I consider myself to be a creative person but I never would have thought to add some of these details nor would I have had a clue how to do it. I am in awe!
Quite honestly I like yours more than his. Yes the gold foil is nifty but I think yours are far more detailed and believable. Great job and thank you for sharing!!
Everything is so beautifully done but the most impressive thing for me is how your work table is so clean everything at mine got paint, resin and burn spots all around hahaha
Haha I try to keep it clean by working on a mat I put on my work surface when using glues, paints or clay. I kinda have to for my videos anyway. But you're adding character to yours, don't be mad at it 😀
Absolutely love this collaboration. The bottles in both look fabulous… my favourite of your is the wolfsbane.. just wow. But honestly love them all… i adore your potions shelf too… ..
I love this collab with WizardryWorkshop. I would really like to see you do more potions. These are all stunning. I can’t decide which is my favorite, but it is probably between the Wolfsbane and the Pepper Up potion. Thank you for sharing this great video.
If you're going to do a lot of these, you might want to look into some bottle knots, and things like the Turks Head knot - just to add a bit of extra detail to the bits you're covering with yarn. Turks Head is also good for tying tightly to cylindrical things - I use one to keep my pen tied to my reception desk, since the traditional ball-chain thing is *_so_* easilly broken.
I wouldn't be able to say which one is my favorite, but the wolfsbane-monkshood one helped me out with a story prompt that was eluding me, so they get the points for now. Another fantastic vid, wouldn't mind seeing more longer DIY in the future. :}
These are so creative… cool! I thought maybe some metal candy boxes or small vests would be great fir powders and such! I have one that is for mint drops that has a sliding lid … or some have hinges
Looking for inspiration for potion bottles, I just discovered you. What a fantastic video, I loved all he amazing potion bottles you both made love the chains and string around them, absolutely stunning.
Welcome to the Raven family! I have a few other potion bottle videos and I'm doing a series of HP Christmas ornaments at the moment - that includes bottles. Thanks for watching!
Pretty cool! - I made potion bottles during the first lockdown when pure alcohol etc were out of stock and used just water and Sirups for the colour and tried to seal it up so no bacteria could get in … nevertheless in two bottles some weird stuff started to grow and live in there 😰and I had to get rid of it 🗑 Using Glycerine gives a great effect and I might to try again and “restock” my potions when I’ve collected some more interesting bottles. I got a lot of new ideas now. 😃
Loved them all! I have to say,, Wolfsbane was my favorite!! Also, we chose a lot of the same colors!
Thanks so much, Danny! A lot of people seem to like Wolfsbane. Thank you for this collab. I really enjoyed it!
@@RavensMinis Yeah, especially Lupin

I love that you used so many budget friendly items from a thrift store, Kmart, home brand coles etc
They are all amazing! Cant pick a favorite. Yes to potions. Yes to more collabs. Hell yes to new merch!!!!!!! Another great video! And 46 minutes is my jam. 😉

They all turned out fabulous - yours and Danny's! 👍👍Yes to more collabs. Yes to more potions. The blue aconite is my favorite. Thank you for sharing.

Wow amazing project! Those potions look rather toxic and mythic - love it.
Thanks so much!
Yes to both your last questions, and my fav was the polyjuice!!!
