Commenting on a really old video because why not
it was that because tsuchiya kyoko(mangha author and chara designer of 1st series) put onna trial ppl who used characters designed by her during 5 years, I dunno what was result exactly of that but 2nd series chara designer wasn't her...I hope she's ok cause she's weiss creator and she was damn better with anime design too)
I had been wondering about that too longtime ago when I watched the Gluhen series =__='
oh! I like both, it doesn't matter whether they merged their voice together or sing it one by one XD
The started to make Glühen with Kyoko's designs (there are character sketch pages out there, somewhere... so many Weiss sites are gone I couldn't point you in a certain direction) of old Aya with this hilarious ponytail and such... Anyway, Koyasu hadn't expressly asked Tsuchiya Kyoko (the first season character designer) if he could use her designs. So, she sued him. Hence forth, the designs were changed.
I dunno! XD
I watched Glühen already long ago, so I can't remember anymore ;^;
@RushOfRage0 yep its in the last episode i think where they getting ready to go into the school to face rozen kreuz
yes, actually. this version is relatively good.
but i like the original version better, imho. peace! :-)
but I read somewhere she accused someone who through 5 yrs used her designed characters lawlessly...I no koyasu was the one who had idea about weiss
Er, she didn't create Weiss. Weiss is the brain child and property of Koyasu Takehito (Aya's seiyuu) and Project Weiss. Tsuchiya simply did the character designs (based no the seiyuu, actually) and then was allowed to do the Assassin and White Shaman comics.
this one was used as Weiss Kreuz Gluhen wasn't it?? anyway, thanks 4 sharing XD
man, i really wonder what happened to the "copyright disputes". which led to a change in Gluhen's character designs...
got any ideas about it? kindly share...
new version of animé?
