I realize this is an older video but to help others who play it in the future (as well as one stop co-op), I’m fairly certain you aren’t allowed to hold on to cards from turn to turn (as done at 3:40 with the field) - once you get a card from the supply you need to play it immediately.
Just completed my first playthrough of this - I ended up paying a bit more than I wanted to buy it used but it is a really fun game. I almost made it to 20! Not quite though. I had the helper who lets you serve your regular customers twice so I just planted for those 3 and it paid off in the end to use that card. So close! Thanks for this as I would not have known this game at all w/o the playthroughs on youtube!
I don't know if I've seen a solo economy game before. That being said, it looks like it really has a lot of potential. I'd definitely like to play this one.
I know this is 2 years late, but I'm thinking the same. I believe you have to lay them first. The two pack is in the Action phase after the card phase.
Wouldn't it have made more sense to buy one turnip/radish right away for 5 instead of buying two of them for 10, plant it THEN use the harvest helper to harvest two of them?
I'm generally okay with beat high score games, but the paying money for points doesn't seem super satisfying to me. Instead of money and some other goal, it focuses more on just money.
For sure a good point! It makes you focus on money over anything else. For me as a solo I rally like it, but as a competitive game, there isn't enough variation in obtaining points to be worth it. Thanks for watching!

Thx for that!
Late viewing this, but that didn't detract from me enjoying it. I think I may purchase this. Looks to be great for solo play. Thanks for sharing.
Glad to hear you liked it!

Awesome!! So glad you enjoy the game!!
Learned how to play while I made breakfast. Thanks. I couldn't have done that with a rulebook.
My pleasure glad I could help!
Fantastic playthrough. I played it for the first time today, only managed to get to 14, missing 3 coins for 15 points. Damn beans weren't available...
Thank you for watching! Yeah the first few games, 14-15 was what I normally got! Hard game but loads of fun!! Good luck!!!
Great play-through, I love this game also, only got to 17 so far myself.
I can't wait untiI I hit the 19 mark! Thanks for watching and good luck yourself!

I am not entirely sure why this one is so much fun but it is!! But man it is hard to get more victory points when playing solo!
I have never seen or heard of this game, it's really great.
Simple yet challenging!! Love it for that reason!
One Stop Co-op Shop seems to be out of stock everywhere.
Bummer!! I have an extra copy of the game, if you are interested send me an email at onestopcoopshop@gmail.com and we cab work something out!
One Stop Co-op Shop oh, that's lovely! I do live in Aussie land if that makes a difference. I'll pop a email over yonder.
Thanks so much for this playthrough!
Thanks for watching! It's been too long I don't remember sorry!
@@OneStopCoopShop No problem, thanks for the reply!
Is buying a field and saving it for later legal? I can't find the spot in the rulebook that justifies that.

Absolutely! UnfortunatelyI did not see that during the playthrough. Thanks for the tip!!
No problem. Not trying to be a backseat game player I was just wondering if there was a rule or something I wasn't understanding.
Nice!
