The named weapon "Lexington" is the new named AR in the game. It takes form as the "LVOA-C" rifle, but it's actually an M4 figure replica.
With the weapon talent "Measured", the top half of the magazine will help you build your "striker" stacks faster; the bottom half will increase your damage, plus the damage you already had with "striker" stacks, you will deal a huge amount of damage at the bottom half of your magazine.

Why Measured? Use Obliterate for more consistent critical damage. You don't always have time to wait for the second half of your mag before you do big damage. Swap out the Dusk Attack for gloves with a ROF attribute if you feel that you need it.
Swap measured for what?? Every damage talent is situational. imo if this works this person then let them enjoy and share their build.
Measured is the only way to have those numbers with Lexington
How i can get the Lexington?

Measured it a stupid talent to use sorry to say. Takes too long to ramp damage. Your using pretty much an entire mag to kill one elite. Get rid of the striker chest and coyotes mask. Run 4 pc striker, grupo/ceska chest and backpack with glasson cannon and vigilance or obliterate if you dont want glass cannon. And for the love of all things replace measured with something more worthwhile like killer for heroic and optimist/stained for legendary. You'll do more damage with less bullets which means less time poking your head out of cover to shoot
I cant agree with you. Every talent is situational and Strained is a terrible choice because if you stop firing for any reason then it resets. Optimist is no better than measured. Using the lexi, you only get 5 bullets at 17% at the bottom of the mag compared to 25 bullets at 30% from measured.
