The easier it is to sing a song, the better the vocals so I think that is what made this one stand out a bit more.

I’m really glad you like the different voices, I personally enjoy it a lot. It really does help to have the original track there as a reference so I can just listen and record to match the tone by going back and forth between tracks. It’s also probably since I only cover songs that I think suit me/suit my voice so you don’t really get to listen to the songs I can’t imagine myself covering or that I personally don’t think are in my repertoire.

It’s just like your voice seems to fit every song you do. Like in your most recent NMIXX cover I swear you sounded so much like Lily and I had to double check that I wasn’t listening to the original (true story, I use a whole range of songs and covers in the background whilst I’m studying and sometimes I have to double check what song I’m listening to because your voice does things to my brain (if that sounds weird, I apologise I’ve been studying all day and my brain is a little bit fried))

I don’t know if it’s an illusion our brains give us when, for example, we’re listening to Lily’s part in an NMIXX song and my voice sounds like hers but in an IVE song, where I’m singing Liz’s parts, your brain will match it to hers when it’s the same voice but singing two different lines in two completely different sounding songs. It’s almost like our brains are filling in the gaps or are tricking us into thinking that the voices are alike, depending on which song you’re listening to. Hope that makes sense to you, haha - my brain’s also fried (I’m replying to this comment at 4am, lol).

Like in your most recent NMIXX cover I swear you sounded so much like Lily and I had to double check that I wasn’t listening to the original (true story, I use a whole range of songs and covers in the background whilst I’m studying and sometimes I have to double check what song I’m listening to because your voice does things to my brain (if that sounds weird, I apologise I’ve been studying all day and my brain is a little bit fried))

I don’t know if it’s an illusion our brains give us when, for example, we’re listening to Lily’s part in an NMIXX song and my voice sounds like hers but in an IVE song, where I’m singing Liz’s parts, your brain will match it to hers when it’s the same voice but singing two different lines in two completely different sounding songs. It’s almost like our brains are filling in the gaps or are tricking us into thinking that the voices are alike, depending on which song you’re listening to. Hope that makes sense to you, haha - my brain’s also fried (I’m replying to this comment at 4am, lol).
@@JennyK-Pop Good luck for uni (I’m in my second year doing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in theatre. Sometimes it feels like a lot and sometimes it feels fine, I’ve just realised that so long as I am confident with the material and get things done everything is fine. Uni really isn’t as scary as it seems)
