Same with all vehicles. 2 lanes... everyone in one lane and I drive straight up to the front. My wife works at a museum and she was a courier, so she flew to Canada and was trucking back (they had 2 drivers and she just rides). The idiots at the crossing point made them pull in, kill the truck to check the load... the load worth $763 million that is suppose to be strictly temperature controlled AND it came from a museum. Then, the truck wouldn't start so not only did the art have to sit in the cold, she couldn't leave the truck because of the art. If we would have lived closer (we are in Texas) I would have found the idiot and right now I'd be in prison for life... but it would have been one less low IQ'er in the world. So now her museum refuses all dealings in Canada. Which means the art world misses out on some very good pieces for their shows. Canada has said they will make sure it doesn't happen again but my wife told them as long as she is in charge, no dealings with Canada.
