The monastery in Bundanoon is still unscathed, miraculously! The fire has burnt around it on all sides so far and now the weather is looking good for the week ahead - very wet and damp - so it may in fact fizzle out. Amazing. We evacuated over one week ago due to the threat posed and the terrible smoke. Will return in a couple of weeks if all looks good and the Currowan and Morton fires go out. You mention we are neighbours? Where do you live? Hope you and your family and property is safe from the crisis. With many blessings, Jayasara
Thinking about the patterns that pervade into everything and asking who's samsara is this and who it belongs to released me into a bliss and state of mind (big mind) that was peaceful that brought on the mental image of everything (reality) being crystal like and reflection of the Maya doesn't dirty the crystal it just gives the illusion.

What a pity, I’ve always loved the southern highlands and particularly Bundanoon. I used to go down there regularly for day trips years ago. We’re not exactly neighbours, I live in Sydney. It’s just that I was so shocked and delighted that firstly you are Australian and that you lived so close. So I am safe from the fires and only had to put up with the smoke. What a Xmas it’s been! Thanks for getting back to me. If you are accepting contributions towards the recovery of your community please let me know how to do this. I don’t have much but would love to give what I can if appropriate. Blessings to you and your spiritual family 🙏❤️
