My wife and I love your videos we have started our trip in Rome and had to go visit Tony at La Travernetta 29 he was so happy to hear your name. Lisa got a picture with him and his big smile, next stop Sicily.
ya hoo this was awesome, 2 videos today, 1 on each channel 😊❤ I would absolutely love to wander around that beautiful garden!!! Thank you very much for sharing ❤ loved it!!!!
This was great, a really "chill" video! It makes us want to go visit that garden. Your outdoorsy videos are always so relaxing. Maybe each of you has a fair bit of "country mouse" in you? But it's awesome that you can enjoy the bustling, vibrant city scenes too. Italy certainly is a great place for indulging in both, and you're doing a great job of sharing that "indulgence" with us! Keep up the awesome work! :)
Tips on combatting pesky mosquito bites from someone who is loved too much by mosquitoes and spiders: keep little packets of alcohol wipes in your purse or pocket. As soon as you know you've been bitten, wipe the bite with the alcohol. It will prevent the bite from staying. Also, keep a tube of Benadryl gel with you at all times so you can keep the itches at bay. Of course, preventative measures like bug spray or wipes can help, too. I have a little 'grab & go' kit with these 3 essentials & sun screen that I take everywhere I go during the sun & bug season.
Great videos, we're heading to Florence this summer. So excited. You're vlogs have been very helpful. A quick question...What do you know about the FirenzeCard?
Hey guys long time followers we are in Florence in June of next year's do you do day tours. We have been to Florence twice but would like the more local approach...we are a young mid 60's
Could you elaborate on purchasing a car in Italy? So much information on I’m a little confused! I realize you have to be a resident but at what stage in applying for residency are you eligible? Thanks in advance or even considering.
Small correction: in 1861 Italy didn't become a republic (that happened in 1946). It became a unified country under the royal house of Savoy. In 1864 the capital was moved from Turin (ancestral seat of the Savoy) to Florence to appease the French, who didn't want us to make Rome the capital. (Rome was made capital in 1870). So in order to modernise the city and prepare it for its new role, much of the old medieval center was demolished, because the men of the XIX century preferred wide, straight avenues to the winding and narrow medieval streets.

Another great video. Doesn’t look like this was recent. It’s very cold and rainy now. 20/05/2023
Thank you so much Jeffrey, yes, unfortunately, our videos are always a but delayed from the filming dates! 😅
Thanks for showing us this! One more thing to see when I come back😉
Thank you Melanie, 100%! 🥰
Wonderful video. Thank you. I don't think i would spend time at the museum. The villa would be fabulous to see. The view alone would be worthwhile.😊

Would the gardens still be green in December or would they be barren and desolate looking? Thanks.
I read that you could access Bardini gardens from Boboli so I tried to do that this past summer, but there was no entrance from there. Next time!
