Good explanation but sir, why these northern states don’t focus on to decrease population?? These many years southern states are not getting privelages like northern isn’t that unfair???
But apart from population ,they (govt)can ensure sufficient funds without effecting both sides. Here we have to remember one thing about our indian politics always focuses on temporary solutions and satisfactions rather than for nation longterm well being. It's a huge concern for our unity in diversity, southern states concerned about huge scale migration from north in future, where southern youngester are emigrate to abroad in a fast pace, ethnicity is something they want to focus on at the same time, centre doesn't want to deal with unemployment & poverty in other states in future. Hard to find a solution.
The Northern states have to implement the family planning program properly The Southern states have performed excellently in implementing the family planning program . so wt the population growth in these states are controlled...The Government should ask and monitor other states also to implement it properly.
This is the time to north state takes the policy to curtail population ….south focus on increasing population because in southern states fertility rate even lower than average rate ….always we can’t see the solution to problems in economic way …we see the solution social and cultural way also …..
