I'm just now watching this and it baffles me how people are sitting up here trying to dismiss SA. You'd get fired in any office environment trying to kiss someone without their permission. They think it's ok because the perpetrator is upset by the language, but unwanted physical contact in a sexual way is SA. Eric should keep his hands and lips to himself then.
