That mall reminds me Millenia Mall in Orlando FL, I went once and wanted to buy a pair of sandals at Louis Vuton, I know I didn’t spell it right, when I saw the price, $400 I was like, hell no, I’m going to Payless 🤣🤣🤣

If those anchor stores closed down , might mean there arent enough wealthy consumers to support its retail. It may not be wealthy, but Plaza Las Americas has always been the stop for me. Lots of stores and variety and many enthusiastic shoppers.
A lot of stores are closing every non luxury ones , I think Amazon and online shopping are killing stores.

It was a Sunday, very early .
Honestly though. I live on the island and have been there a few times. It's usually more on the emptier side than on the crowded side just cause there aren't too many options for the average person. Most people shop at Plaza Las Américas which is the biggest mall in the Caribbean. It has MANY stores and restaurants of all kinds, so there's something for everyone.

The anchors stores closed because the tenants did not want to invest millions of dollars to repair the damages caused by hurricane Maria in 2017!!!
