Noise has a detrimental affect on growing children. How do they sleep at night? How do people rest after a hard days work with noise? Why are we allowing high noise levels ? Its horrible and so many get no peace and quiet ever. Its sick.

A speaker said that these estate have 15 percent Black African residents so 85 percent are probably Afrikaans and or Europeans.

Police in my area, they never act. I have experience with this. I had to resort to putting pressure on the landlord directly, cops didn't help me.
