These people party from Friday evening untill Monday morning. So loud that the whole of Hartebeespoort can't sleep. Even white business's was closed or warned becaues of this no only black businesses. Harties is part of the Magalies Biosphere which make it more of a nature reserve. Meaning we don't want people here causing noise and pollution . Why don't you come and see from yourself before you comment. We have a lot of black people on Harties. Our schools and churches also do a lot of reaching out to black people and black kids more than any other town on South Africa. SO our noise levels were well within the legal limits and we had permission from the police to run the music all night on Saturday.
